About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics & Operations Lead to join our team in Indonesia. This role is pivotal in managing end-to-end import logistics from India, ensuring smooth customs clearance, documentation compliance, and warehouse operations. As the role evolves, the incumbent will also take ownership of the Soundbox refurbishment process, overseeing quality checks and device restoration to meet operational standards.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.5-8 years of experience in logistics, import operations, or supply chain roles in Indonesia. Hands-on experience with Indonesian customs procedures, INSW portal, and import documentation. Prior experience working with cross-border shipments (India - Indonesia preferred).Exposure to electronics, fintech hardware, or consumer devices is a strong advantage. Experience in refurbishment, reverse logistics, or after-sales operations is a plus
