We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a tech start-up environment and will be instrumental in supporting our recruiting efforts, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role is onsite in NYC, in our SoHo office. What you bring on day one: 5-10 years of experience in a recruiting or sourcing role, preferably in fintech or a tech start-up environment. 1-2 years of experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and Linkedin Recruiter Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (Juicebox AI, Granola, Claude, etc.) Foundational recruiter experience a plus Highly motivated to learn and grow in your career. Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues quickly and efficiently.
