The Program Management Office (PMO) at Zoox is responsible for driving cross-functional program planning and execution at the highest level. We partner with leaders from across the company in vehicle development, system design, software engineering, manufacturing, fleet operations, and business functions to develop and deliver major corporate milestones on the path to launch, and beyond. Our program managers contribute to the end to end success of technical, integrated product milestones involving both of our vehicle platforms - the Toyota Highlander test fleet and Zoox’s purpose-built robotaxi. In this role, you will: Own fleet orchestration at Zoox: Lead the cross-functional strategy and execution to massively scale Zoox's fleet and mature our fleet orchestration capabilities as we expand into new cities and states. You'll span both of our fleets — the driverless robotaxi service and the autonomous test fleet — and optimize for the best outcome for the business as a whole. The System Behavior Analysis team is the front line for triage of driving events and software issues from our vehicle fleet and large-scale simulation, turning that data into engineering signal. As the Technical Program Manager for System Behavior Analysis, you will sit in our Platform SW Integration organization and treat triage as a systems and data problem. Triage sits in the middle of a larger loop, from the fleet and simulation through engineering fixes to validation and release. You will partner with software development, software integration, QA, safety, product, vehicle operations and the Program Management Office. In this role, you will: Drive triage accuracy and routing. Run the triage reviews that get defects, high-severity live-service issues and safety-critical events accurately classified and routed to the downstream teams that act on them. Measure and improve triage health. Track throughput, misclassification, latency, backlog aging, automation coverage and regulatory-reportable issues, and use them to flag risks early and give leadership decision-ready updates. Program-manage triage tooling and automation. Bring requirements to the dedicated tools and automation team, help sequence what gets automated, and track delivery, adoption and the capacity it frees.
