We’re looking for a Sourcer to partner closely with our industry-leading recruiting team, driving both outbound and referral talent efforts. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of identifying, engaging, and inspiring top Product Design, Marketing, Creative, Business and G&A roles talent to join our mission. 🧠 You will... Partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to build thoughtful sourcing strategies for Product Design and Marketing roles, while flexing across Business and G&A hiring as needed Proactively build and nurture strong pipelines of Product Design and Marketing talent through creative outbound sourcing and CRM re-engagement Attend intake meetings to deeply understand each role’s requirements Conduct recruiter screens to evaluate technical alignment and share calibrated recommendations with the hiring manager. Own the creation of market maps and talent intelligence reports that provide total addressable market (TAM) insights, inform sourcing strategies, and help prioritize pipeline efforts. Run A/B tests on outreach strategies and continuously iterate to improve candidate funnel performance. What you'll do We are seeking an experienced and strategic Global Supply Chain Manager (GSM) to lead supplier development and sourcing efforts for our next-generation robotic systems. This role is critical to the success of our engineering and product development teams, and we’re looking for someone who can identify and develop relationships with world-class suppliers, build long-term relationships, and negotiate complex contracts. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of technical understanding, supply chain savvy, and polished relationship-building skills to help bring our innovative hardware products to market Responsibilities Partner closely with engineering teams to understand product roadmaps and identify supply chain needs. Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic suppliers and manufacturing partners across a global landscape. Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key suppliers—generating excitement around our product vision and aligning roadmaps. Negotiate complex contracts and supply agreements that balance cost, quality, schedule, and long-term strategic goals. About the Role The Strategic Finance Associate will be a core member of Lab37's finance team, supporting financial planning and analysis, unit economics, investment cases, and strategic business reviews. This person will translate operational and technical decisions into clear financial implications and provide the analysis leadership needs to allocate capital, manage costs, and scale the business responsibly. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for an analytically strong professional who wants broad exposure to a fast-growing robotics business. The ideal candidate is comfortable moving between detailed financial models, executive-ready materials, and ambiguous business questions. They will work closely with leaders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Commercial functions while taking increasing ownership of core finance workstreams. What you’ll do You’ll focus on our internal tools ecosystem for kitchen operations. Applications might include inventory tracking, recipe development, learning management systems, manager dashboards, performance metrics, robot user interfaces, and task scheduling. Translate complex user needs, business goals, and technical constraints into intuitive, high-quality, and scalable design solutions. Drive the design process from concept through launch, ensuring an optimal balance between user satisfaction, product performance, and engineering feasibility.
