About Our Contract Student Worker Program Zoox's contract student worker program puts you at the center of one of the most ambitious challenges in transportation. You'll contribute to real projects, work alongside engineers and researchers pushing the boundaries of autonomous technology, and gain experience that goes well beyond the classroom. Role Overview Create flexible framework dashboards that can accommodate multiple KPI elements. Incorporate new KPI's as needed and continuously seek to improve dashboards Responsibilities Support of Vehicle Engineering Dashboard project, including: Interviewing managers to understand what metrics they need to track Gap Analysis: Work with Zoox internal data team to identify existing dashboard platforms and data sources. Develop plans to collect data to track items not currently covered. We're hiring a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to own source control at Zoox, serving as the technical lead for the platform that every engineer depends on daily. This is a hands-on lead role. You'll set the direction for our Git-based monorepo, drive a restructuring of our Source Code management strategy, build the tooling that improves reliability and developer workflows, and partner with platform, security, and product teams to make source control a strategic asset rather than a bottleneck. The ideal candidate leads by building — with deep expertise in monorepo management (branching strategies, code review workflows, access controls, CI/CD) and a track record of improving developer productivity through code, not just guidance.
