Overview We’re hiring a Treasury Operations Manager to join our team! You’ll be at the center of how money moves through our business. From owning merchant settlements, managing liquidity across our banking and custody network, and making sure payouts happen accurately and on time across every currency and entity we operate in. This is a hands-on role with real ownership and real-time decision-making. You’ll position cash ahead of market opens, make critical funding decisions, execute wires and on-chain transfers under dual control, and jump in to investigate when a settlement doesn’t land where it should. And you won’t just run the operation, you’ll help build what comes next. You’ll take workflows that rely on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge and turn them into scalable, repeatable processes that can keep pace with a growing payments business. Overview As our Financial Operations Manager, reporting to our Head of Finance, you'll run the daily mechanics of money movement: merchant settlement, liquidity positioning across our banking and custody footprint, and the funding decisions that keep payouts on schedule in every currency and every entity we operate in. This is an execution role with real judgment attached. You'll be positioning cash before markets open, deciding which account gets funded and from where, executing wires and on-chain transfers under dual control, and investigating breaks when a settlement doesn't land where it should. It's also a build role. Much of what you'll inherit runs on spreadsheets and tribal knowledge, and we need it running on process.
