About the Opportunity We are looking for a dedicated and proactive VIP Relationship Manager (VIP RM) to join our Poland team. As a VIP RM, you will play a key role in expanding our base of VIP clients with a focus on Poland. This role is focused on active traders, high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), family offices, prop trading desks, and smaller corporate clients, driving our growth through partnerships and key client development in parallel to our institutional team, which, on the other hand, focuses on larger professional, enterprise and institutional clients. About the Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VIP Relationship Manager to join our rapidly growing Emerging Markets team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our high-net-worth individual (HNWI) and institutional clients across three key markets: Africa, Switzerland, and Pakistan. You will be responsible for onboarding, nurturing, and retaining VIP clients while driving volume growth and deepening product adoption across our exchange ecosystem. This role requires a unique ability to navigate diverse regulatory environments and cultural dynamics across Sub-Saharan and North African markets, the Swiss financial hub, and Pakistan's fast-growing digital asset landscape. What You’ll Be Doing Client Relationship Management Serve as the dedicated relationship manager for a portfolio of VIP clients with AUM or trading volume above defined thresholds Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with HNWIs, family offices, crypto funds, and institutional traders Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins with top-tier clients to assess satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities Act as the internal advocate for VIP clients, coordinating with product, compliance, and operations teams to resolve issues promptly
