ROLE OVERVIEW The Retail Lead delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights. Home game shifts are considered a core responsibility of the position and may include pre-game, in-game, and post-game operational support. Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans) Drive sales results by consistent execution of daily operations Support back of house operations; maintain stockroom organization Knowledge of retail operation systems including but not limited to OpSuite5.0 (online inventory manager), POS (point of sales) and CAYAN (credit card machines) Partner with Leadership team when making decisions including but not limited to; revenue targets, per cap and UPT (unit per time) Work with Retail Associates to ensure an exemplary fan experience Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset) Communicate expectations for assignments and projects to Retail Associates Provide training and assistance to Retail Assoc

We take electronic recycling one step further by repurposing hardware that still has remaining life and providing it to people who lack dedicated computer access and make it more affordable for people who may not be able to purchase new technology. Working with companies like Instacart, Lyft, Qualtrics, X, Gensler, and Spotify, we are changing the way companies view used technology with a new model that focuses on repurposing instead of recycling. As a Driver at Revivn, you'll play a critical role in our mission to give new life to old technology. This position is much more than driving—you're one of the primary faces of Revivn, providing white glove service to our customers while ensuring the secure collection, transportation, and handling of enterprise IT assets. You'll operate a 26-foot box truck to complete scheduled pickups throughout the Fresno area and surrounding regions, averaging 7-10 collection trips each week. You'll regularly interact with building management, security personnel, and client representatives to coordinate pickups, maintain chain of custody, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. When you're not on the road, you'll support warehouse and facilities operations by receiving and processing incoming hardware, preparing equipment for future pickups, maintaining inventory accuracy, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. This is an in-person position based in Fresno, California. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4:00pm. Work Flexibility: Onsite Schedule 1st Shift: Mon – Fri, 6AM – 4PM What you will do- Responsible for accurate inventory tracking and record keeping, warehouse inventory cycle counting and optimizing inventory utilization Arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return) and at customer locations Read maps and route configuration Perform safety inspections in transportation setting Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments Perform and/or schedule preventative and regular minor maintenance on company delivery vehicle, (fuel, fluid levels, tires, etc.), and keeps accurate maintenance records Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle Field customer complaints, address and communicate as necessary to Branch team members Warehouse responsibilities as needed and directed Complete other duties as assigned What you need - Required: 2+ years of experience Meet requirements of all customer credentialing High School diploma or equivalent Valid Driver’s license with good driving record Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekend and evening call as needed Participate in on-call rotation schedule Preferred: Warehouse/Inventory Control experience in a demanding, fast-paced environment
