We are creating a platform fundamentally driven by AI, which scales to a massive trove of data, and a diverse customer base; it is a complex system that will stretch engineering in many directions. Shipping products that customers actually adopt, not just products that ship, takes a particular kind of engineering practice. And it means owning a product end‑to‑end, from the first conversation through the telemetry six months later. As a Staff Engineer at Altana, that’s the work and you’ll lead others doing it. You’ll embed with product and design, get on calls with users, form hypotheses about where the real pain is, and lead a small team turning those hypotheses into shipped, adopted products. The Opportunity at Altana Altana is looking for a Principal Platform Engineer to be the technical authority for the platform our products run on. This is a senior individual contributor role, reporting to the Senior Director of Platform Engineering, for someone who steers architecture across organizational boundaries rather than inside one team's backlog. We operate a broad estate. Multi-cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure, a multi-tenant commercial platform, accredited environments including FedRAMP and IRAP, and dedicated sovereign deployments for national customers. The architecture that holds those together determines how fast every product team can ship, how quickly a new customer comes online, and what our infrastructure costs. The Opportunity at Altana We're looking for a motivated Technical Account Analyst to support our Technical Account Managers (TAMs) in delivering outstanding outcomes for our Logistics customers. In this role, you'll help execute the day-to-day work that keeps our customers successful, from preparing materials and tracking deliverables to running analysis that helps TAMs make informed, data-driven decisions. This is a great entry point into account management and customer success, where you'll build core skills in customer operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration while working alongside experienced TAMs who own the overall account relationship. You Will Support TAMs across our largest logistics service provider accounts by managing specific workstreams and deliverables, rather than owning the end-to-end account relationship. Help execute onboarding tasks for new users, including scheduling trainings and tracking adoption milestones. Conduct analysis on customer usage data to help TAMs identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare materials for customer calls and Quarterly Business Reviews, including pulling data and drafting talking points for TAM review. Coordinate with product and implementation engineering teams to track the status of customer deliverables and flag blockers.
