Responsibilities: Support failure analysis on parts returned from the field, including requests from enterprise customers, by helping with teardown, inspection, and electrical testing and documenting findings with photos. Help monitor field data, such as vehicle and station alerts and repair records, and flag emerging issues to the team. Build and update dashboards and queries that track reliability metrics and retrofit progress. Assist with field retrofit campaigns by helping identify affected units and tracking progress. Help review repair SOPs and troubleshooting guides used by market mechanics, and suggest improvements. Contribute to field failure investigations in Jira, working with engineers on root cause and corrective actions.
