About the Role We are looking for a senior program builder to create differentiated executive and enterprise experiences. You will shape the experience thesis, build and test the first version, and help determine whether the work should become part of a broader repeatable program, remain bespoke, or stop. This role focuses on incubation: developing new experiences, strengthening consequential customer moments, and creating the principles and materials needed for durable ownership. Your initial focus will be helping bring a new flagship, hands-on enterprise customer experience to life in San Francisco, developing new executive and practitioner formats around it, and supporting selected strategic-account interventions where a differentiated approach is needed.
