Your Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate HRBP to join our team in Tokyo. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations and provide essential support across the entire employee lifecycle. You will work closely with the local management team to ensure a positive work environment while maintaining compliance with Japanese labor standards. This role is critical in ensuring a positive employee experience and supporting our growth in the Japanese market. Key Responsibilities Performance Management Partners with HRBP to advise managers and employees on all aspects of the New Relic performance management process both informal and formal. Provides guidance to the business on the appropriate solutions while taking into account New Relic’s policies as well as local laws and regulations.
