At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake Horizon Catalog is the context and governance layer of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. AI is fundamentally transforming how enterprises monitor and trust their data: instead of manually configuring thresholds and triaging failures, AI-powered anomaly detection fires on freshness and volume deviations automatically, agentic root cause analysis traces quality failures back to their upstream source in minutes, and intelligent lineage surfaces the blast radius of any schema change before it reaches a dashboard. Snowflake's native Data Observability capabilities — Data Metric Functions, graphical column-level lineage, anomaly detection, and AI-powered root cause analysis — are the foundation of this next-generation trust layer. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Data Observability product area, spanning Data Quality, End-to-end Lineage, and Root Cause Analysis. You will define the strategy for how Snowflake competes and wins against best-in-class observability platforms, drive the AI-first transformation of how enterprises detect and resolve data quality failures, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver capabilities that make enterprise data pipelines self-healing and self-explaining at scale. Our company today has a strong engineering culture, is heavily customer-obsessed, and moves fast. We're building the product function now, and you'd be one of the people who defines it. You'll work directly with our founders and with some of the best systems and AI engineers and you'll set the standard for what product looks like here. PMs at Baseten don't sit above engineers - you earn ownership by being technical, finding the truth in front of customers, building great cross-functional relationships, and just shipping great product experiences. The role Once a model is deployed, keeping it fast, reliable, and economical at scale is where production inference is won or lost. You'll own the surface that makes that happen: how deployments autoscale, how traffic is routed, how the system fails over, and how workloads scale across clusters and regions. You'll own these as products end to end - both how they work under the hood and how customers configure and observe them - and you'll help set and define the roadmap that infrastructure and product teams alike can build towards. This space is largely still evolving - think Cloud Infrastructure in mid-2000s. Your job is to make it 10x easier to reliably scale and serve AI models in production and set the market standard. About the Role & Team We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Data Infrastructure team within Statsig Experiment at Amplitude. You will lead a multidisciplinary team of software engineers, data engineers, and data scientists responsible for the systems that power experimentation at scale. The team owns three critical areas: Data ingestion: Collecting and importing experiment exposures, custom events, OpenTelemetry data, and real user monitoring data across SDKs, streaming systems, cloud storage, and customer data warehouses. Data computation: Building distributed computation systems that transform raw data into accurate, timely experiment results. Stats engine: Developing and productionizing the statistical methods that help customers make trustworthy decisions from their experiments. This is not a traditional data engineering management role. We are looking for a leader with a solid data science and statistical foundation who can connect advances in experimentation methodology with scalable production systems. About The Role & Team Amplitude is only as useful as the data inside it. The Data Connections team owns how that data gets in and out — importing behavioral and customer data from cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Databricks, and BigQuery, from cloud object storage like S3 and Azure Blob Storage, and pushing enriched event data back out to warehouses, object storage, streaming destinations, and downstream advertising and marketing platforms. That means batch and streaming pipelines moving billions of events a day, connections that have to keep working across dozens of customer-controlled systems, credentials and configuration that have to stay correct and secure, and latency and reliability targets that customers build their own pipelines on top of. Recent work includes launching new warehouse export destinations, migrating our import pipelines onto a durable workflow engine, building low-latency streaming export, and supporting cross-region and cross-cloud customer storage. You'll lead a team of around 10 engineers building this, reporting to our Head of Data Platform, and you'll be the person accountable for the roadmap, the reliability, and the growth of the people on it. The stack is Java, Temporal, Kafka, Kubernetes, Terraform, DynamoDB, S3, and Snowflake, running on AWS and GCP. Responsibilities Set the direction and roadmap for data import and export, with clear priorities and tradeoffs you can explain to engineers, PMs, and customers Lead, coach, and grow a team of around 10 engineers — hiring, career development, feedback, and performance Partner with your tech leads on architecture across ingestion, transformation, and delivery, without becoming the bottleneck for every decision Own reliability, SLOs, and cost efficiency for pipelines customers depend on daily Expand the set of destinations and sources we support, and make each new integration cheaper to build than the last Work directly with Product, Design, and other Data Platform teams to ship e
