The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating planned projects, managing ad hoc tasks, and eventually taking ownership of projects under the guidance of our experienced team members. Key Responsibilities : Collaborate with Tech teams to coordinate planned projects. Follow up with team members on project deliverables and timelines. Schedule meetings, collect updates, and track progress towards project completion. Handle ad hoc project tasks, including logistical support and basic research. Gather performance metrics. Enter requisitions and new vendors into Oracle for procurement purposes. Conduct research and legwork for vendor management to support decision-making.
