From collections to customer support to sales, our agents handle millions of conversations so humans don't have to. We're a YC F25 company, backed by General Catalyst, with 1,050+ paying customers and growing fast. Our team of ~25 is based in Bengaluru. The Role You're the person who makes our voice agents actually sound good and actually work for real customers. As an AI Solutions Engineer, you'll sit at the intersection of our product and our customers. Your primary job is to design, write, and iterate on the prompts and tools that power Bolna's voice agents, making them smarter, more natural, and more effective for each use case. You'll work closely with customers to understand their goals, build agent flows, test conversations, and fix what breaks. No heavy coding required-if you can vibe-code a basic script or write a solid system prompt, you're qualified. What You'll Do Write, test, and iterate on system prompts for voice agents across industries like D2C, fintech, healthcare, and logistics Listen to real call recordings, identify where agents fail, and fix them Build conversation flows and call pathways for new customer deployments Help onboard new customers-understand their use case, set up their agent, and get it live Maintain a growing library of prompts, templates, and best practices across Bolna's verticals Red-team agents-try to break them, find edge cases, and make them bulletproof Work with vernacular inputs: test agents in Hindi, Hinglish, and regional languages Feed insights back to product and engineering-you'll see what customers need before anyone else does What We're Looking For Must-have: You've spent serious time prompting ChatGPT, Claude, or similar LLMs-not just casually, but to actually build or solve something You're obsessive about language-you notice when a senten
About the Team The AI Deployment Management (ADM) team enables organizations to turn OpenAI products into real, sustained impact through world-class enablement and training execution. Our mission is to help customers successfully adopt and operationalize AI across their organizations. We partner with enterprises to translate the potential of OpenAI’s technology into durable capability—through structured training, technical enablement, and scalable deployment programs. By helping customers move from experimentation to production, the ADM team accelerates time-to-value, deepens product adoption, and helps make OpenAI indispensable to how organizations work. About the Role The AI Deployment Manager role is a specialist post-sales enablement role focused on delivering high-impact enablement and adoption services across OpenAI’s product suite. This role is responsible for designing and delivering technical enablement experiences that support a repeatable adoption framework– driving sustained activation, expanding breadth and depth of usage, and measurable business value across OpenAI’s product suite, including ChatGPT Enterprise, Codex, Agents, and the API. This includes helping customers understand and correctly apply the deployment harnesses, evaluation layers, and operational controls required for reliable use. This role blends deep technical fluency, instructional design, and customer advisory. You will lead live trainings, workshops, and adoption interventions for audiences ranging from hands-on builders to executive leaders, helping customers understand not just what OpenAI’s products can do, but how to use them effectively in real-world contexts. Success in this role means accelerating customer confidence, increasing product adoption, supporting successful launches of new product capabilities, and helping customers translate technical features into tangible outcomes. This role is based in our Tokyo Office. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per wee
About the Team The AI Deployment Engineering team is responsible for helping developers and enterprises safely and effectively deploy OpenAI technologies in production. We act as trusted technical advisors and thought partners for customers, working side by side with their teams to identify high-value use cases, design practical architectures, and move from prototype to durable deployment. Cybersecurity is one of the most urgent domains where AI can help. Security teams are under pressure to reason across code, logs, infrastructure, tickets, alerts, and vulnerability data faster than ever. As frontier models become more capable, organizations need deep technical guidance on how to evaluate, validate, and safely deploy AI systems in security-critical workflows. About the Role We are looking for a Cyber AI Deployment Engineer to partner with customers and help them apply OpenAI models, APIs, Codex, and agentic workflows to real cybersecurity use cases. You will work with CISOs, security executives, application security leaders, SOC teams, security engineering teams, and hands-on practitioners to identify where AI can create measurable security outcomes. This is a customer-facing technical role for someone who can move fluidly between executive strategy, practitioner-level cyber depth, and hands-on solution design. You will help customers evaluate and deploy workflows such as secure code review, vulnerability triage, threat modeling, remediation, SOC and incident response workflows, detection engineering, cloud security, GRC automation, and security validation. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Research, and Security to turn customer needs into safe deployment patterns, reusable field assets, and product feedback. This role is based in our Dublin Office. We offer relocation support to new employees.
