Manage, lead and grow a team of 15 Air Vehicle E-7 Supplier Performance employees. The team consists of Supplier Program Managers and Supply Base Managers with personnel located in Oklahoma City, Seattle, and virtual. The ideal candidate will have the ability to motivate and lead this team to ensure system design and development, part build and delivery, as well as product sustainment for the supply base associated with the E-7 platform. There will also be a heavy need for understanding emergent support of an aircraft production facility. Setting the right expectations and building the optimal team are the basic needs to make this position successful. Position Responsibilities: Acts as an authorized agent of the company with responsibility for managing all supplier related activities and the authority to commit company resources through contracts and agreements.
