Anthropic
📍 San Francisco• $215K – $300K/yr

About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Our Partner Experience team is building an AI-native operating model. We already run a growing set of partner-facing systems: a partner portal, CRM workflows, enablement and certification platforms, and the trackers that connect them. The systems lead on our team owns that foundation — the portal, the data model, and the integrations that keep partner records accurate and flowing. This role is the other half of that build. As our AI Operations Engineer, you'll design, build, and run the agentic workflows that sit on top of those systems: Claude-powered agents and automations that triage partner applications, draft and send partner communications, sync data across tools, surface deal and enablement signals, and take routine operational work off the team entirely. Where the systems lead builds the rails, you build what runs on them. This is a builder role, not an analyst role. You'll ship working automations weekly, own them in production, and continuously expand what the team can do without adding headcount. Key responsibilities: Design and build agentic workflows (using Claude, MCP connectors, and API integrations) that automate core partner experience operations: application triage, onboarding, deal registration, certification tracking, partner communications, and reporting Partner closely with our systems lead to integrate these workflows with the partner portal, CRM, enablement stack, finance systems, and database systems — consuming and writing back to the systems of record rather than creating shadow processes Turn recurring manual work into reliable, monitored automations: define the workflow, build it, test it ag

We do this by building and running the world's best data and AI platform, enabling our customers to use deep data insights to improve their businesses. Our ability to execute this mission depends on building trust and recognition within an ever-growing community of data engineers, analysts, scientists, machine learning practitioners, and AI practitioners. Are you the person who is already at every AI meetup in the Bay Area — not to be seen, but because that's where the interesting conversations are happening? Are you a hands-on practitioner in generative AI, agents, and MLOps who can hold your own in a room full of AI engineers and leave them with something they can actually use? As a Senior Developer Advocate for AI and Machine Learning, you'll be the voice of Databricks in the Bay Area AI community and a crucial link between our engineering teams and the global community of data scientists and AI engineers. You'll focus on how practitioners build, evaluate, govern, and ship agentic systems on the Databricks Data + AI Platform — with particular depth in Genie Agents, Genie Code, Genie One, MLflow, and Databricks Unity AI Gateway. Karya’s mission is to leverage the AI revolution to create dignified earning and learning opportunities for low-income communities across the world. In India, our smartphone-based digital work platform has enabled over 120,000 people to build language datasets and evaluate AI models while earning fair wages. With pilots in Kenya and Ethiopia and partnerships with leading AI labs, we are advancing language technologies for underrepresented communities. By combining dignified digital work with frontier AI innovation, Karya hopes to build a new AI economy that is equitable, inclusive, and community driven. About the Role Karya's PaaS vertical is the organization's global expansion arm, taking Karya's ethical data collection infrastructure to partners across Africa, Southeast Asia, and Latin America, deployed locally. This is one of Karya's largest bets: we're moving from a set of internally-run deployments toward a self-serve platform that partners can configure and operate themselves. We're looking for someone to be the first line of defence on that front: triaging and resolving partner-facing technical issues, coordinating with engineering when something needs a real fix, and critically - spotting the patterns behind repeat issues and scoping them as automation opportunities the platform team can build against. This role is explicitly built to evolve. As the platform gets more self-serve, the volume of manual triage should shrink and the expectation is that you grow with it, moving from first-line support toward solutions architecture: designing how partners configure and deploy the platform themselves, rather than fixing things alone. Key Responsibilities First-line technical support. Own initial triage for partner-facing technical issues — diagnose what's broken, resolve what you can directly, and route what you can't to engineering with enough context that it doesn't bounce back. Scope automation opportunities. Spot the pattern behind repeat iss

About the Team OpenAI’s API Multicloud team is responsible for extending OpenAI’s API platform into strategic cloud environments, starting with AWS . The team’s mission is to distribute OpenAI’s API broadly and safely by enabling key API technologies in AWS-native environments, in close partnership with Amazon and internal teams across Codex, Research, Safety Systems, and Applied. The team is focused on bringing core developer and enterprise capabilities into cloud-native environments, including AWS-hosted Codex, model customization / post-training as a service, and new stateful runtime environments for agentic workloads. This work sits at the intersection of production ML systems, developer platforms, model behavior, and large-scale infrastructure. About the Role We’re hiring Machine Learning Engineers to build and improve the AI systems that help strategic partners adapt OpenAI models to important use cases in cloud-native environments. This role spans post-training workflows, evaluation, data pipelines, model behavior, and API/infrastructure integration. You’ll work at the boundary between partner needs and core ML systems: helping teams understand what is and isn’t working, diagnosing issues in training and evaluation workflows, and turning those learnings into improvements to the underlying platform. You should enjoy working with external technical partners, extracting the real goal from messy requests, and pushing back or reframing when the requested experiment is not the highest-leverage path. You’ll collaborate closely with Research, Applied, Safety Systems, infrastructure teams, and external technical partners to solve ambiguous model-performance problems. When you succeed, strategic partners and internal teams will be able to improve model behavior with confidence, driving measurable product improvements while the systems behind that work become more reliable, scalable, and effective over time.
