About Catch Creation Catch Creation is a global eCommerce company built for the digital age. We create, grow, and manage online brands that inspire customers and deliver real value through exceptional products and experiences. Our team thrives in a fully remote environment, combining creativity, data-driven strategy, and innovation to build scalable eCommerce solutions that perform. From concept to conversion, we specialize in developing brands that stand out in competitive markets—driven by a passion for design, storytelling, and customer satisfaction. Every product we launch reflects our commitment to quality, authenticity, and growth. At Catch Creation, we believe great ideas can come from anywhere—and our remote-first culture allows talented people from around the world to collaborate, innovate, and bring those ideas to life. Catch Creation is a remote-first eCommerce company. We build and grow our own DTC brands — including Muddy Mat and Cloud K9 — and we grow them primarily through paid social advertising. That means creative is not a support function here. It's the engine. The ads we make determine how fast the business grows, which is why we invest heavily in the people who make them. What this job actually is: You'll cut direct-response ads for our brands — vertical video, primarily Meta and TikTok, built to stop the scroll and sell. Our Creative Director writes the concept, sometimes loosely, sometimes very specifically. From there it's a conversation: you'll push back, bring your own angles, and shape how the idea actually gets made. The strongest ideas we run usually don't survive first contact with an editor unchanged, and that's the point. Why this role is different from most editing jobs: Most editors deliver a file and never find out whether it worked. Here, your work goes live with real advertising spend behind it, and within days you'll know exactly how it performed — how many people watched past the hook, how many bought. You'll see your ideas tes

Our Mission You call. You wait. You call again. In every other part of your life, you book in seconds. In healthcare, you’re blocked. We’re here to give power to the patient. For nearly 20 years, we’ve built the leading healthcare marketplace - helping tens of millions of people find and book the care they need. Now, we’re going further: building our infrastructure beyond Zocdoc’s marketplace to power access to care wherever patients search, from provider websites and insurance directories to search engines, AI platforms, and more. Healthcare still lacks something every other major consumer industry takes for granted: a seamless way to go from seeking to getting . We don’t want to own the front door to care; there isn't one. We want to make sure all of those doors open when patients are knocking. Fixing healthcare starts with fixing access to it. And we're still just getting started. *Please note, we are open to remote candidates for this role. Your Impact on our Mission As a Senior Staff Software Engineer in the Interoperability group, you will unlock the full potential of our integrations with 170+ EHRs. These integrations enable Zocdoc to pull real-time availability, write back bookings to trigger practice workflows, and exchange appointment data – insurance cards, medical history, and intake forms – between patients and providers. Your leadership will expand their impact across our entire product ecosystem. Our platform is at an inflection point. New product lines require us to move from eventually-consistent syncs to tighter, fail-fast integrations – a major rearchitecture that you will lead. EHR systems also hold valuable data we've only begun to tap: insurance credentialing, provider onboarding signals, patient LTV and more. You will shape both the technical strategy and contribute to the product vision for how we leverage this data. You will develop clear abstractions that let other engineering teams leverage our integration capabili
