At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it. Vanta's Corporate Engineering team is the infrastructure layer that keeps 1,500+ people connected, secure, and moving fast. AI is now central to how that happens, and this role leads the team that owns the backbone underneath it. Corporate Engineering owns the shared AI platform for Vanta's internal systems: identity and access for AI tools, cost visibility and controls, sanctioned tooling and guardrails, and the enablement that helps people use those tools well. We do not own product AI, which stays with Engineering, and we do not replace the AI work happening inside individual departments. We build the engineering layer that makes all of it safer, cheaper, and better supported. The company has moved fast. AI assistant use is widespread across every function, MCP infrastructure is live and self-serve company-wide, internal apps ship on a hosted platform, and AI spend has grown to the point where attribution and guardrails genuinely matter. What does not exist yet is a single owner for that platform layer. That is this role. As Sr. Manager, AI Engineering, you will lead a small, senior team, write the charter for what Corporate Engineering owns versus enables, and build the platform that lets the rest of Vanta adopt AI quickly without accumulating cost, risk, or duplication. What you’ll do as a Senior Manager, AI Corporate Engineering at Vanta: Lead, coach, and grow a senior team spanning platform engineering and technical program management. Set clear direction, hold a high bar, and give the team explicit permission to push back with data. Own the AI access layer end to end: identity and authentication for AI tools, connector

About Supabase Supabase is the Postgres development platform, built by developers for developers. We provide a complete backend solution including Database, Auth, Storage, Edge Functions, Realtime, and Vector Search. All services are deeply integrated and designed for growth. About the Role We're looking for engineers to join the team building Supabase Lite , a lightweight, TypeScript-native implementation of Supabase. It runs interchangeably on SQLite and Postgres and ships a PostgREST and Auth compatible API, so applications written against @supabase/supabase-js work as-is. It exists because AI builders and platform partners need a database they can give to every prototype without the cost or the wait: sub-second provisioning, a footprint small enough to run inside a sandbox, and an upgrade path to full Supabase when an app graduates to production. This is a role with a lot of agency. Small team, working product, patterns still to be set - you'll own large areas end to end and make real decisions from day one. What You'll Be Responsible For In this role, you'll: Grow API compatibility with the Supabase client, keeping behavior faithful to hosted Supabase and backed by conformance tests Bring more of the Supabase stack to SQLite Build and harden the path for upgrading a project from Supabase Lite to full Supabase Own the developer experience end to end: the CLI, local tooling, and docs Build and harden the hosted offering on a scale-to-zero, near-zero-cost footing, kept loosely coupled so the implementation can be swapped without a rewrite Work directly with design partners and turn real-world migration and integration friction into a sharper product Engage with the open-source community and contribute back to the broader Supabase stack. You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have substantial backend or full-stack experience with strong fluency in TypeScript, and have built or contributed to a backend system, framework, or developer platform before Are a strong generalist,
About Mixpanel Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the Team The core philosophy of Mixpanel's GTM Enablement team is that navigating sellers through the AI-driven landscape requires a hands-on approach. We are intentional about reintroducing the human element to change management; facilitating live training, analyzing sales conversations, and doing the gritty work of shifting rep behaviors. About the Role As a Field Enablement Manager, you'll own the enablement experience for every seller and customer success professional in your region. You'll be the person they trust to help them get better, and a reliable partner to their leaders when a team needs to shift behavior. This is not a program coordinator role. It's a coaching and training role for someone who gets energy from being in the room. You will own your regional enablement programs end-to-end, coordinating with a small but global Enablement team to drive GTM behaviors and best practices, and you'll bring fresh approaches back to the team as you learn what works. Responsibilities New Hire Onboarding delivers onboarding curriculum in person and run hands-on certification of core skills. Quarterly Academy Sessions organize and facilitate regional Mixpanel Academy sessions every quarter. Tech Stack Adoption & Productivity run weekly best-practice sessions and peer-sharing programs around the tools reps use every day. Rep Coaching via AI — use Gong AI and Galileo AI to score and analyze sales calls across your region, and turn that analysis into coaching that changes behavior. Global Program Support — help regionalize global enablement initiatives and share what's working with the broader Ena
The Company Sendbird is on a mission to build the AI workforce of tomorrow. For over a decade, we built the infrastructure behind conversations—chat, voice, video, messaging APIs—and became the #1 CPaaS platform for in-app communications. 4,000+ brands trust us. 7 billion messages flow through our platform every month. 300 million monthly active users. We powered conversations for DoorDash, Match Group, Noom, Yahoo Sports, Rakuten, and thousands of others. We were good at what we did. Really good. We also saw it early: AI would fundamentally reshape how businesses talk to customers. The infrastructure we'd spent a decade building would become commoditized. The value would move up the stack—into intelligence, into experience, into outcomes. We had a choice: protect what we built, or reinvent ourselves. We chose reinvention. In December 2024, we made the full strategic pivot to AI-first customer experience. By February 2025, we'd launched our AI agent for enterprise CX—built on a decade of conversation data, now with intelligence on top. And in November 2025, we rebranded to Delight.ai. The name says it all. AI's real promise isn't efficiency or cost savings. It's giving customers back something they lost—the feeling of being truly understood and cared for. Not satisfied. Delighted. The Product Delight.ai is the AI concierge for customer experience. Most AI agents forget you the moment the conversation ends. Ours doesn't. Delight.ai builds memory over time, learns preferences, and connects context across every channel—chat, SMS, email, voice, WhatsApp—without losing the thread. We're building AI that makes customers feel understood, seen, and remembered. The Role You'll own end-to-end delivery of core AI agent capabilities, from architecture to production, driving excellence across orchestration, prompt engineering, and platform scalability. You'll mentor the engineers around you and set the standard for AI-native development. This role is built f
We're looking for a senior technical consultant who thrives across the full arc of a complex technical engagement, from pre-sales scoping and architecture through hands-on delivery and handoff. As the sole Technical Services presence in EMEA, you'll work with our most strategic enterprise customers to design and implement custom solutions on the Asana platform, partnering closely with Account Executives, Solutions Consultants, and Customer Success Managers to move deals forward and deliver with excellence. You'll write code, shape architecture, and engage directly with IT and business leaders, bringing the same rigor, standards, and craft that define Technical Services globally to every engagement you run in the region. In the pre-sales motion, you'll partner with AEs and SEs to assess technical feasibility, define scope, and shape deal strategy for complex enterprise opportunities. In the post-sales motion, you'll own delivery end-to-end, designing and building scalable solutions using the Asana platform and third-party APIs, advising customer engineering teams on integration architecture, and helping customers unlock new value through AI-powered workflows, data migrations, and custom automation. You'll work alongside Implementation Managers to coordinate delivery, align on project milestones, and ensure a seamless customer experience from kickoff through close. You'll operate as a high-trust extension of the global Technical Services team, bringing a sharp customer-centric perspective from EMEA back to the central practice and contributing to how we evolve GTM offerings, delivery frameworks, tooling, and the Asana developer platform. A core part of this role is establishing consistent, globally-aligned ways of working across EMEA, applying the same playbooks, delivery standards, and engagement practices that define Technical Services everywhere. This role is based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday,
Datadog's Forward Deployed Engineering function is in an active growth phase, and the FDE Lead will play a central role in shaping what comes next. Working in close partnership with the Head of Datadog for Startups and Forward Deployed Engineers, and the existing FDE team, you will help define and expand the FDE framework, build out the structures and processes that allow the team to operate at scale, and extend the program's reach well beyond any single customer segment. This role sits at the rare intersection of sales, execution, program design, and hands-on engineering leadership. You are part field technical leader, part program architect, and part cross-functional connector. You will help determine what the FDE motion looks like at Datadog, contribute to its playbook, and push the boundaries of what the team can deliver. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: Evolve and scale the FDE operating model end to end: engagement intake, scoping, sprint delivery, handoff back to account teams, and the success metrics (time-to-value, adoption lift, ARR influence, NPS) and reporting infrastructure that support them. Build out a catalog of FDE offerings spanning observability quickstarts, custom integration development, LLM/AI observability accelerators, CI/CD pipeline instrumentation, and cost optimization deep dives, and contribute to their pricing and business models, including free-to-paid conversion plays, paid deployment packages, and post-deployment success motions. Capture product and feature gaps uncovered during deployments, translate them into structured prioritized briefs, and partner with PM and Engineering to strengthen the field-feedback channel that informs roadmap decisions on a regular cadence. About the Team OpenAI’s mission is to ensure that general-purpose artificial intelligence benefits all of humanity. The Engineering Acceleration team builds products that multiply the effectiveness of OpenAI’s technical teams, helping engineers, researchers, and product teams understand complex systems, learn from what they ship, and operate reliably at scale. We’re creating tools and shared systems that turn complex data, experimentation, and technical workflows into clear decisions and useful action. About the Role In this role, you’ll lead design across two connected product areas: a real-time data exploration and observability experience for investigating large-scale system and product behavior, and an experimentation platform for safely launching changes, measuring their impact, and deciding whether to ramp, iterate, or roll back. At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. Snowflake Horizon Catalog is the context and governance layer of the Snowflake AI Data Cloud. AI is fundamentally transforming how enterprises monitor and trust their data: instead of manually configuring thresholds and triaging failures, AI-powered anomaly detection fires on freshness and volume deviations automatically, agentic root cause analysis traces quality failures back to their upstream source in minutes, and intelligent lineage surfaces the blast radius of any schema change before it reaches a dashboard. Snowflake's native Data Observability capabilities — Data Metric Functions, graphical column-level lineage, anomaly detection, and AI-powered root cause analysis — are the foundation of this next-generation trust layer. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the Data Observability product area, spanning Data Quality, End-to-end Lineage, and Root Cause Analysis. You will define the strategy for how Snowflake competes and wins against best-in-class observability platforms, drive the AI-first transformation of how enterprises detect and resolve data quality failures, and lead a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver capabilities that make enterprise data pipelines self-healing and self-explaining at scale.
