Forward was founded in 2013 by four Stanford Ph.D.s, building the industry's first network digital twin: a mathematically accurate model of the production network. It's the foundation for autonomous networking, giving engineers and AI agents the ability to know the impact of every change before it touches production. That founding instinct still defines how we work. We're accurate and evidence-driven, relentless about clarity, and we'd rather be certain than comfortable, building a groundbreaking platform that transforms how teams run and secure networks across every major cloud and vendor environment. Global leaders like Goldman Sachs, PayPal, S&P Global, IBM, and Dell trust Forward, alongside fast-growing enterprises and government agencies, realizing an average of $14.2 million in annual benefits, according to IDC. Backed by top-tier investors, including A. Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Goldman Sachs, MSD Partners, Omega Venture Partners, Section 32, and Threshold Ventures, and headquartered in Santa Clara, we're most proud of our team: curious people who'd rather build what doesn't exist than accept how things have always been done. Forward is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead our Applications engineering organization. Reporting directly to the SVP of Engineering, you will own an organization of approximately 40 engineers across the US and India responsible for the customer-facing application layer of the Forward platform, spanning both backend and frontend. A significant majority of the organization is based in India, where we expect to continue growing. This is a broad engineering leadership role with end-to-end accountability for the organization: people, architecture, execution, quality, and delivery. You will lead through engineering managers and senior technical leaders while remaining close enough to the technology to review designs, challenge architectural decisions, and help teams navigate difficult technical problems. You w
About the Team The Emerging Products team is a lean, high-output product lab group that builds products at the forefront of model capabilities. We collaborate across all teams within the company, from research and infrastructure to consumer products. The team is responsible for identifying new product opportunities, building them quickly, dogfooding them internally, and then launching the successful products to users. We use data, user research, and analytics to inform our ideas, and make decisions on what experiments are worth iterating, stopping, or scaling. About the Role We’re looking for a senior, product-minded software engineer to own ambiguous 0-to-1 work from idea through prototype, validation, and handoff. This is a full-stack role with a strong frontend and product emphasis: you will build the interfaces and supporting backend systems needed to test new experiences quickly, while making sound architectural choices that enable successful concepts to scale. This role is based in our Mission Bay office in San Francisco. In this role, you will: Build and ship high-quality, product experiments across the full stack. Turn ambiguous user needs and emerging technical capabilities into testable product concepts, using research and metrics to guide iteration. Own technical direction for 0-to-1 projects, balancing speed, reliability, and a clear path from prototype to scalable product. Partner closely with design, product, research, and engineering teams to dogfood, evaluate, launch, and transition successful experiments. You might thrive in this role if you: Have a track record of building and shipping end-to-end products in fast-moving, startup, founder-led, growth, or other high-ownership environments. Bring strong frontend engineering skills and enough backend and systems depth to make sound full-stack architectural decisions. Pair product intuition with evidence, using user research and product data to identify opportunities and make pragmatic tradeoffs. Operat
About Us At LangChain, our mission is to make intelligent agents ubiquitous. We build the foundation for agent engineering in the real world, helping developers move from prototypes to production-ready AI agents that teams can rely on. We began as widely adopted open-source tools and have grown to also offer a platform for building, evaluating, deploying, and operating agents at scale. With $125M raised at Series B from IVP, Sequoia, Benchmark, CapitalG, and Sapphire Ventures, we’re at a stage where we’re continuing to develop new products, growth is accelerating, and all team members have meaningful impact on what we build and how we work together. LangChain is a place where your contributions can shape how this technology shows up in the real world. Today, our platform includes LangSmith (Observability, Evaluation, Deployment, Fleet, and Sandboxes), our open source frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, and Deep Agents), and the newly launched LangSmith Engine for autonomous agent improvement. We have 100M+ monthly open source downloads, 6,000+ active LangSmith customers, and 5 of the Fortune 10 use LangSmith in production (+ 35% of the Fortune 500 overall), including teams at Klarna, Clay, Coinbase, Workday, Lyft, Cloudflare, Harvey, Rippling, Vanta, LinkedIn, Monday.com, Nvidia, and Bridgewater. About the Team The Infrastructure team builds and maintains the systems that power LangChain’s developer platform, including LangGraph Cloud and LangSmith. The team focuses on reliability, scalability, and developer productivity across the stack, working closely with backend, frontend, and platform engineers to ensure services are deployed, tested, and operated with confidence. About the Role We’re hiring a Software Engineer to join the Infrastructure team and own developer productivity across our LangGraph Cloud/Platform and LangSmith products. You’ll work closely with Infrastructure, Backend, and Frontend teams to ship with confidence across Kubernetes-based services, APIs,
Technical Support Engineer New York City · Hybrid · Engineering · Two openings Welcome to Glide Glide is the operating system that community banks and credit unions run their business on. Account opening, lending, servicing, retention. Most of these institutions are running on cores designed in the 1980s. We are the modern software layer on top, and increasingly the agentic one. Our platform touches people at the moments that matter most to them financially: opening an account, applying for a loan, getting a decision. We serve institutions across the country, with dozens more integrating. Our team brings engineering, product, and growth experience from Stripe, Google, and Amazon. We are backed by Pear and Acrew. The role We are hiring two Technical Support Engineers to join the small team that owns production quality for the entire platform. This is not a ticket-routing job. Our support engineers own bugs end to end: they take an ambiguous report from a financial institution, drive it to a real root cause across the frontend, backend, and a stack of banking integrations, ship the fix themselves, and prove it works. What makes the job unusual is how it gets done. This team runs AI coding agents as a production system, not as autocomplete. A triage agent proposes a root cause. The engineer decides whether it is right, and steers it when it is not. The agent writes the code, a second agent reviews it, and the engineer reviews, tests, and records the evidence before anything ships. The team built the tooling that makes this possible: internal MCP servers, slash commands for each stage of the workflow, an auto-triage loop feeding the bug board. The result is a very small number of people holding quality for a platform serving a lot of institutions. So we are not hiring for typing speed. Agents are fast and often confidently wrong. We are hiring for the judgment they do not have: recognizing when a plausible answer is the wrong one, knowing what not to change, and being a
About the Team The Storage organization builds and operates the online stateful systems and abstractions that DoorDash Engineering depends on: reliable, efficient, secure, and easy to use. Within Storage, the Distributed Caching team owns every caching offering at DoorDash end to end, including ElastiCache (Redis/Valkey), Boulder (our KVRocks-based key-value store for high-QPS feature serving), Entity Cache (read Bill Shen’s engineering blog post, “ High-Performance Proxy Cache for DoorDash Services ”), and the Distributed Lock Service, plus the smart clients (asgard-redis, valkey-go) that sit in front of them. These systems back critical product surfaces across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo: the team runs roughly 400 ElastiCache clusters serving hundreds of millions of GET requests per second in aggregate, and Boulder, our offline-to-online feature store, serves billions of feature lookups per second at peak. About the Role The team owns provisioning of clusters and the smart clients that sit in front of them, baking in sensible defaults so that other engineering teams get a turnkey caching solution instead of having to run their own. You'll help drive Boulder's evolution to scale further, improve cost efficiency, enhance performance, and support real-time updates; re-platform the Distributed Lock Service onto a strongly consistent backend; and build the self-serve tooling and recommendation engine that let customers describe a workload (QPS, TTL, payload size, latency profile) and get the right backend without talking to a human. You'll go deep on cache invalidation, replication, sharding, compaction, and failover, while shipping the guardrails, automation, and observability that keep this scale operable by a small team. You must be located in San Francisco, Seattle, or the New York Metro Area for this hybrid position. You will report to the Engineering Manager on the Distributed Caching team within the Storage organization. You’re excited about this opportunity b
