You'll join the Product Policy team's Commercial Policy function, partnering closely with Legal, Revenue, Product, Engineering, and Enforcement teams to build the frameworks that let Discord's ads business scale responsibly. This is a foundational, high-visibility role: you'll independently own policy strategy for Brand Safety and Anti-Malware, working directly with advertisers, industry vendors, and internal product teams to keep the platform safe as it grows. This person will report to the Senior Manager, Commercial Policy. Please note: this role involves regular exposure to potentially disturbing content, including violence, hate speech, and other harmful material.
