About the Team Okta’s Deal Operations Team is the central engine driving commercial contracts to closure by providing the global field organization with business process insight, policy guardrails, and tactical deal execution. We sit within the GTM Strategy & Operations organization, acting as a critical front-line partner to support Okta’s revenue goals, marketplace expansions, and future-state AI workflows. Position Description As part of the Sustainability and Responsible Technology team, you will act as the foundational support layer for Sustainability & Responsible Technology customer and investor requests within the Deal Operations team. In today’s B2B landscape, Sustainability is no longer just a compliance checklistβ€”it is a critical commercial gatekeeper and sales enabler.
