Our in-line thoracic portfolio spans two biomarker-defined populations: LORBRENA (lorlatinib) for adults with ALK-positive metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), and the BRAFTOVI + MEKTOVI (encorafenib + binimetinib) regimen for BRAF V600E-mutant metastatic NSCLC. Both sit inside a molecularly driven treatment landscape where the right patient is identified by a biomarker signature.
