Code Intelligence sits at the intersection of agentic engineering and product, running agents against real customer source code in production. This is a chance to own an AI-native team at the center of a business-critical growth area. High visibility, high leverage, and squarely in the fastest-growing part of the AI agent space. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You'll Do: Lead and develop an existing engineering team, building trust, setting technical direction, and establishing a high bar for ownership and execution. Own the roadmap and execution across four areas: source code indexing, PR Agentic Reviewers (agents that generate artifacts like metric descriptions on customer pull requests), shift-left work (extending code-writing agents to make direct changes to customer repos), and closed-loop feedback and evaluation systems including LLM-as-judge. Set the team's product strategy independently while partnering day-to-day with product teams company-wide — this team functions as its own product org. Build and operate scaled LLM and agent software in production: LLM APIs, agent frameworks, harness and tool-use layers, prompt and eval tooling, and closed-loop evaluation systems that measure and improve agent output quality. Partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to deeply understand needs and translate them into technical direction. Drive the team's AI-native development practices, setting high standards for safety, validation, and increasing agent autonomy over time. Who You Are: Experienced engineering manager with a track record of shipping products with direct customer interaction, not just internal stakeholders. Hands-on experience building scaled LLM software: LLM APIs, agent frameworks, prompt and eval tooling, h

Most reps sell software. You sell a better way to run a business. On-site | Vancouver Office – 675 W Hastings St. The Problem We're Solving Dental labs are running complex operations on manual processes — and the cost shows up in capacity, margins, and the inability to scale without hiring. EviSmart is building the AI-powered workflow automation platform that changes that equation. What the company needs now is the person who can walk into a lab owner's world, diagnose the real problem, and close the deal that transforms how they operate. Why EviSmart 300 people. Two hubs: Vancouver HQ and Manila operations. 145% year-over-year SaaS growth — the market is responding. 28 countries. One platform. The dental industry's Autopilot. An in-house AI model research and development team building proprietary intelligence. Why This Role, Right Now Most sales roles hand you a pitch deck and a quota. This one asks you to think differently. EviSmart isn't selling software features — it's selling a new operating model for an industry that has never had one. The labs buying this platform aren't switching tools; they're eliminating entire categories of manual work. The successful AE are diagnosing bottlenecks, quantifying impact, and building the business case that makes the decision obvious. The pipeline is real, the product is proven, and the ceiling on what you can earn is uncapped. A Note from the Team "We're not hiring someone who needs a script to start a conversation. We need someone who walks into a discovery call with genuine curiosity about how a lab operates — and leaves having shown the owner something they couldn't see before. That's the rep who wins here." — Paolo Kalaw, CEO, EviSmart What You’ll Own Own the full sales cycle from first discovery call to signed contract — intake, diagnosis, solution, close. Diagnose workflow breakdowns across lab operations: where manual work creates bottlenecks, where throughput is
About the Role: Tubi is one of the largest free streaming platforms in the US, serving a large-scale streaming audience across Web, iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, and game consoles. Quality at this scale isn't a checkbox — it's a competitive advantage. We're looking for an Automation Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for building and operating Tubi's multi-platform test automation infrastructure. You will own the strategy, tooling, and execution quality across our client surfaces — from video playback and ad delivery to content discovery and onboarding. This is a hybrid role based out of either our San Francisco or Toronto office. You must be willing to travel to either location at least 2 days a week. What You'll Do: Test Strategy & Quality Planning Define and own Tubi's multi-platform automation strategy — covering Web, iOS, Android, CTV (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Smart TVs, game consoles), and API layers. Establish testing standards, coverage targets, and quality gate policies across the CI/CD pipeline to protect release confidence and production reliability. Design specialized test strategies for business-critical scenarios: video playback (HLS/DASH), ad insertion, content recommendation surfaces, and user authentication flows. Use AI-assisted analysis (e.g., failure pattern clustering, test gap detection) to continuously improve test strategy based on real production signal and defect trends — not gut instinct. Automation Framework & Infrastructure Lead the
