About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. The median Ramp customer saves 5% and grows revenue 16% in their first year – far in excess of businesses operating without Ramp. We believe every ambitious company deserves the same. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Ramp is hiring a Business Operations Lead, Compensation & Equity to help build the next stage of our compensation function. This is a senior individual contributor role with exposure to company-level decisions and frequent partnership with the executive team and leaders across People, Finance, Legal, Talent, and the business. You will not manage a team, but you will operate as a thought partner and owner for some of Ramp's most important people and business decisions. This role works on high-judgment, high-impact questions that sit within a few steps of Ramp's senior leadership team. You will work directly on issues that affect hiring strategy, retention, performance, equity planning, international expansion, executive decision-making, and the employee experience. For the right person, this is a way to build rare expertise in compensation and equity while developing the judgment and company context to take on broader operating roles over time. You do not need to be a career compensation specialist. You do need to be analytically e

About Mixpanel Mixpanel is the leading product intelligence and analytics platform, trusted by more than 29,000 companies to help understand how people use the products they build. By combining powerful analytics with AI that knows your business, Mixpanel helps teams see what’s working, diagnose what’s not, and decide what to build next. Learn more at mixpanel.com . About the Team Internal Analysis is the data team at Mixpanel — the team that turns data from every corner of the business into the decisions that shape our product and our growth. They own the full path: from raw data in source systems, through a governed warehouse, to the models, metrics, and insights leaders across the company act on. It's two complementary disciplines under one roof. Our Analytics Engineers own the data end to end — ingesting from source systems, modeling through a medallion architecture on BigQuery, and producing the trusted tables and reporting artifacts the rest of the company runs on. Our Data Scientists build on that foundation, partnering with Product to refine the user experience and with GTM to sharpen how we grow — inspecting signals, running experiments, and surfacing the insights that change what we do next. About the Role You'll lead this team — and help shape Mixpanel's data culture. We're looking for someone who can influence the organization to become more metrics-driven: establishing clear KPIs, helping teams define success upfront, and ensuring analytics and data science are engaged as strategic partners from the start of an initiative, not brought in at the end to validate decisions already made. As we grow the data organization's remit across the company, this role has the scope to establish practices that don't yet exist, KPI ownership, cross-functional operating rhythms, a shared standard for what 'data-driven' means here, and where AI belongs in both how the team works and what the platform delivers. It takes building real trust with cross-functional leaders to
Asana's Data Science team helps us fulfill our mission by informing strategy, defining success metrics, and identifying new ways to deliver user value . Data scientists are at the crux of deepening our understanding of the customers and driving more business outcomes by leveraging experimentation, causal inference, statistical and machine learning techniques, and data storytelling . As an Analytical Engineering Manager, you lead a team of Analytical Engineers who own the data foundations for the business: the Gold layer, canonical metrics, certified dashboards, and semantic layer that make Asana's most important numbers trustworthy, and that make AI-powered self-serve through Claude and Databricks Genie actually work. You sit at the intersection of Data Engineering, Analytics, and Data Science, and you are accountable for whether business stakeholders trust the data in your team's domains and can answer their own questi ons without routing through your team. This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule . The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday . Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays . Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do, and your recruiter can share more about the in-office requirements . We offer a Contract of Employment (UoP) for our employees in Poland. What you’ll achieve Lead, grow, and develop a team of Analytical Engineers: Own hiring, coaching, performance, and career growth, setting a high bar for data-model quality and stakeholder trust. Own the Gold layer and semantic-layer strategy across your team's domains (e.g. PLG, marketing, revenue, NPI/AWM), taking accountability for curated data models, canonical metrics, dashboards, and Genie spaces. Treat every recurring insight as a product with an owner, a cadence, and an SLA, building a catalog of trusted, versioned data products instead of one-off rebuilds. Drive self-serve enablement by prioritizing Go
