About the Role: Tubi is one of the largest free streaming platforms in the US, serving a large-scale streaming audience across Web, iOS, Android, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, and game consoles. Quality at this scale isn't a checkbox — it's a competitive advantage. We're looking for an Automation Engineering Manager to lead the team responsible for building and operating Tubi's multi-platform test automation infrastructure. You will own the strategy, tooling, and execution quality across our client surfaces — from video playback and ad delivery to content discovery and onboarding. This role is for a hands-on technical leader who can set direction, influence cross-functional roadmaps, and stay close enough to the code to guide architecture, review critical implementation decisions, and unblock complex technical issues. You will build a team that ships reliable automation at speed — and you will help the team move toward AI-native automation practices: fluent in AI tooling, proactive about applying it, and disciplined about using it responsibly. This is a hybrid role based out of either our San Francisco or Toronto office. You must be willing to travel to either location at least 2 days a week. What You'll Do: Test Strategy & Quality Planning Define and own Tubi's multi-platform automation strategy — covering Web, iOS, Android, CTV (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Smart TVs, game consoles), and API layers. Establish testing standards, coverage targets, and quality gate policies across the CI/CD pipeline to protect release confidence and production reliability. Design specialized test strategies for business-critical scenarios: video playback (HLS/DASH), ad insertion, content recommendation surfaces, and user authentication flows. Use AI-assisted analysis (e.g., failure pattern clustering, test gap detection) to continuously improve test strategy based on real production signal and defect trends — not gut instinct. For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. Smartsheet's expansion into Asia-Pacific government markets depends on mastering two critical compliance frameworks: Australia's Information Security Registered Assessors Program (IRAP) and Japan's Information System Security Management and Assessment Program (ISMAP). Both are essential gatekeepers for federal/national government adoption in their respective markets. We're seeking a Sr. Security Engineer II to own both programs end-to-end—managing IRAP assessments and continuous assurance in Australia, and ISMAP registration and compliance in Japan. This is a specialized, high-impact role for someone with deep expertise in both frameworks and comfort operating within government compliance ecosystems across two distinct cultures and regulatory environments. You'll be the authority on APAC government security standards at Smartsheet, the trusted interface with assessors and government agencies, and the architect of compliance processes that keep us ahead of evolving requirements. This role is critical for capturing high-value government business across the Asia-Pacific region. You will: Own IRAP (Australia) program strategy and execution: Lead the overall roadmap for obtaining and maintaining IRAP authorizations, including assessment coordination, remediation, and authorization maintenance. Own ISMAP (Japan) program strategy and execution: Lead registration and compliance for Japan's government cloud certification program, managing the certification assessment process and maintaining registry status. You will pick up a mode or a region, ocean, air, trucking, omnichannel, or customs, and learn it from the inside by solving real problems in it. Pricing in a mode that is losing money. Some stay at the center and take on more scope. The operating job at the end is the point of the role, not a side benefit. You will: Own our biggest open questions end to end and come back with recommendations the CEO can act on. Build the analysis yourself. Pull the data, build the model, find the error before someone else does. Go to where the work happens, from warehouses and ports to a customer's supply chain team. Opinions about freight formed in a conference room are usually wrong. Run the operating cadence for a freight mode or region. Weekly metrics, quarterly plan, and the follow-ups nobody wants to

Airbnb was born in 2007 when two hosts welcomed three guests to their San Francisco home, and has since grown to over 5 million hosts who have welcomed over 2 billion guest arrivals in almost every country across the globe. Every day, hosts offer unique stays and experiences that make it possible for guests to connect with communities in a more authentic way. The Community You Will Join: The Experiences team is responsible for scaling a curated, high-quality supply of unique activities hosted by local creators, iconic businesses, and operators worldwide and we're at an inflection point. How we surface Experiences is one of the biggest untapped demand levers we have. Recent signals (manual ranking outperforming the algorithm in places) point to a real gap: no one owns the demand-side merchandising strategy that sits on top of ranking. This role fills that gap. It is a biz ops and product ops hybrid focused on discoverability and merchandising: what we surface, to whom, and when. The Difference You Will Make: As a Senior Business Operations Lead, you will own the merchandising strategy, partner deeply with Supply, Product, and Engineering on ranking and personalization, and build the reporting layer that tells us whether discoverability is improving. This role sits closer to Product and Eng than the other demand roles, so comfort driving a senior product partnership and influencing a technical roadmap is essential. You will report to the Director of Business Growth for Experiences and collaborate closely with others, including our SEM/SEO/Display lead, to ensure channel strategies are coherent and non-duplicative. A Typical Day: Own merchandising & discoverability strategy Define the demand-side merchandising strategy on top of ranking: placement, sequencing, and the logic for what surfaces to which guests Push for dynamic, context-aware ranking (day of week, availability, trends, market, traveler type) and represent the demand point of view in t
