Job duties include: Supporting the plan sponsor through site visits to educate and promote EAP benefits. Ordering supplies/communications and regularly communicating with warehouse contacts. Coordinating with warehouse management team, employees, account team and HR executives. Creating engagement and employee inquiry tracking. Presenting to assigned locations and/or managers on benefits overview. Coordinating location trainings and other administrative duties as needed.
