Job Profile Desired : - Should have 8 to 10 years of sales experience in products like Mobile Accessories or handsets or FMCG Products on a Branch level - Maintaining dealers and distributors network and appointing new channel partners and develop new territories. - Implementing the sales and marketing strategies through the channel partners. - Maintaining and controlling the credit and collections and handling the after sales services through a team of service engineers - Facilitating Product Development initiatives and provide customer feedback to carry out modifications in product attributes etc. - Analysing latest marketing trends and tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for redesigning sales and marketing strategies. - Formulating and implementing business plans for achievement of organisational goal in terms of achieving revenue and profitability targets. - Developing sales plans and ensure achievement of volume targets, market share and profit objectives. - Conceptualising and implementing sales and marketing strategies for acquiring business from new clients - Handling and coordinating with authorized dealers / distributors and business associates. - Appointing dealers in new areas and providing services to them. - Coordinating with stores and logistic department for timely deliveries. - Tracking the competitors activities from time to time. - Providing direction and support to the sales and service team team for better client servicing and Preparing periodical reports. As a Merchant Risk Analyst, you will assess financial risk related to credit, fraud and identity associated with the merchants. You will also coordinate with cross-functional partners to assess non-financial risk – brand, reputational, legal and compliance risk. The ideal candidate will have knowledge or experience in e-commerce underwriting and/or commercial lending. They will also have a solid understanding of evaluating merchant financial risk based on 3rd party data, credit reports, and other merchant attributes. Prior work experience in payments, lending, banking or financial institutions is a plus! What you’ll do Assess brand, compliance, fraud and financial risk and determine credit exposure risk on new and existing merchants Use business credit reports, financial documents, investigative research tools, and financial market data to conduct risk assessment of Affirm’s merchants Investigate and use new sources of third party data to assess merchant financial risk Conduct ongoing monitoring of credit, fraud, and dispute/chargeback trends by merchants Business Improvement In Execution: Leverage your knowledge to provide guidance towards the automation/improvements of merchant risk evaluation What we look for 3+ years of experience in assessing merchant risk in a function such as Merchant/Seller Risk Management, Fraud, Collections, or Merchant Underwriting Experience working with cross functional partners across the organization, especially Sales and Business Development teams Experience reviewing financial documents, business credit reports and payment processor statements Ownership mentality: Demonstrate an appropriate sense of accountability, ownership, urgency and execution Compensation & Benefits Base Pay Grade - G Equity Grade - 3 Employees new to Affirm typically
