The Commercial Talent Acquisition Manager will design, build and scale Paytm Europe's commercial recruitment capability, with a primary focus on hiring exceptional Field Sales Representatives. The role will also help establish the Paytm Sales Academy, ensuring that every recruit is assessed, onboarded, trained and developed into a high-performing merchant acquisition professional.
