We are hiring a senior Strategic Finance thought partner to work closely with the Business Finance Officer (BFO), regional leadership and other Strategic Finance teams to drive the financial performance of OpenAI’s international business. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, finance, and operations. You’ll help leadership understand regional performance drivers, allocate investment effectively across markets, and ensure the organization scales globally with strong financial discipline.
