We’re looking for a Senior Revenue Incentive Compensation Systems Analyst to help us build and maintain, and process commissions within our Compensation System. You’ll develop the requirements needed to implement and calculate and process commission plans, bonus plans and SPIF programs within the sales compensation software, and SPIF programs by translating business requirements into technical solutions. You will own the end to end commission processing cycle, including plan configuration support, data validation, payout accuracy each cycle. Understanding integrations and data flow will be key to this role. You will report to the Director Revenue Incentives. This role is open to remote-applicants within the state of Maharashtra, India. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Manage day-to-day administration and provide the operational support of the Compensation System, and ensure the viability of its integration with Salesforce.com .
