About Us Oliv.AI is a SalesTech global startup headquartered in San Francisco, debuting the world's first team of AI Agents for sales. With our recent $5.2M Seed funding, we solve one of the biggest problems for revenue teams: unreliable deal data. Oliv captures Deal Intelligence from every meeting, call, and email—without any rep involvement. The result is a clear, detailed view of every deal, presented in scorecards built on trusted sales methodologies like MEDDICC, BANT, and SPICED. Our AI agents are built for sales teams—sales managers, AEs, and RevOps—handling the work that takes them away from selling. With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy and conversation. About the Role We’re looking for an exceptional engineer to join the core team at Oliv AI. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can take an ambiguous product or engineering problem, figure out what actually needs to be solved, and drive it end-to-end from architecture and prototyping to production and iteration. You’ll primarily work on backend systems, but we don’t want engineers constrained by boundaries. If the problem requires frontend, infrastructure, data, AI/LLM integrations, or internal tooling, you should be comfortable figuring it out. We’re looking for someone with strong engineering judgment, someone who can spot what is not working, simplify complexity, think from the customer’s perspective, and improve the systems and practices around them. What You’ll Do Own complex, ambiguous engineering problems from first principles through production Design simple, scalable, reliable systems and make strong architectural trade-offs Think beyond the ticket and understand the customer problem behind what you’re building Identify technical or product issues proactively, not only when they are assigned Work across backend, frontend, infrastructure, data, and AI when needed Prototype quickly, test different approaches, and make decisions based on evidence Use mode

With Oliv AI, sales teams can bring back focus on deals, strategy and conversation. The role This is not a traditional marketing role, and it is not a pure engineering role either. You will decide which accounts matter, build the systems that research them, write the content that reaches them, build the partnerships that amplify it, and turn all of that into qualified pipeline. Two things have to be true about you at once. You are technically sharp enough to build your own workflows, wire up your own APIs, and ship a working system without waiting on engineering or anyone else. Nothing you own should be blocked on a single person, including us. And you are obsessed with distribution — content, syndication, social, and partnerships — because pipeline goes to whoever the buyer already trusts. That means newsletters, communities, podcasts, comparison pages, partner audiences, and the people who influence them. What you will own GTM strategy and experimentation Develop and continuously refine Oliv's ICP, market segments, buyer personas, and account-selection criteria. Translate company goals into specific growth hypotheses and campaign plans. Identify new audiences, buying signals, use cases, and distribution opportunities. Build a structured experimentation roadmap across content, social, syndication, partnerships, outbound, and ABM. Define success metric

TPMs at Datadog see the problems hiding between teams, engineer away the work that shouldn’t require humans, and drive the company’s most technically complex and consequential bets to completion. About the Role Technical Program Management at Datadog operates at the intersection of engineering depth and organizational reach by driving high priority, cross-functional programs that are too complex and consequential for any single team to own. We partner with engineering on solving deeply technical problems at scale by connecting the people, decisions, and context to move Datadog's most important work forward. We build the systems and automation that make entire classes of program work self-executing. We are in the architecture conversation early, earning trust through technical judgment. We use AI to surface risks earlier, accelerate program execution plans, and find cross-team patterns that would otherwise stay hidden. The faster teams move, the more essential it is to have someone who can operate across them. What we expect These are the expectations we hold for every TPM at Datadog. About the Role The right candidate for this role runs a full sales cycle from first conversation to close, builds real fluency in the LATAM market and its buyers, and turns what they learn in the field into playbooks the rest of the team can use. Reporting to the Senior Manager of LATAM Sales, they own a territory end-to-end: sourcing net-new pipeline, expanding existing accounts, and applying a consistent qualification approach to every deal. They partner closely with Sales Engineering on technical discovery and with Marketing on messaging that reflects what's actually happening in the field. This is a role for someone who understands the LATAM region and its buyers, works well without a finished playbook, and helps build one as they go. Responsibilities Source, qualify, and close net-new enterprise business across LATAM, including new business units and subsidiaries inside existing accounts Drive expansion pipeline alongside Renewal Managers and Customer Value Managers Run full-cycle enterprise sales using MEDDPICC (or Mixpanel's chosen methodology) to qualify and manage every deal Forecast accurately and flag risk early, to your manager and in the CRM Build fluency in LATAM buyer personas, language, and common use cases, and apply region-specific discovery questions

For over 20 years, Smartsheet has empowered teams to manage work seamlessly and scale solutions smarter. Now, in our most ambitious chapter yet, we are uniting human teams with AI agents. By orchestrating the work agents do best, automating manual tasks and uncovering insights at scale, we create the space for people to focus on what truly matters: judgment, creativity, and big thinking. That is magic at work, and it’s what we show up for every day. AI is reshaping how enterprises buy, adopt, and expand work management platforms — and the conversation is moving faster in EMEA than most vendors are equipped to support. Smartsheet is building a market-leading AI narrative anchored in organizational intelligence, agentic workflows, and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), and this role exists to make that narrative land with EMEA field teams and the enterprise buyers they serve. As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager on the AI GTM Strategy team, you will be the in-region AI product marketing partner for Smartsheet's EMEA sales organization. You will translate the global AI narrative, product roadmap, and enablement infrastructure into regionally activated content, training, and field support — ensuring EMEA account executives, solution engineers, and customer success managers can lead substantive AI conversations that drive pipeline and expansion. This is not a generalist PMM role. You will own the intersection of AI product marketing and regional field activation across EMEA, working at the pace of a rapidly evolving product surface and a field organization that needs to be ahead of the market conversation. The role is hybrid, based at Smartsheet’s corporate offices in London, UK. You will report to our VP, AI Market Strategy. You will own: AI Narrative Activation — EMEA Execute the regional activation of Smartsheet's global AI narrative across EMEA field teams, adapting messaging for market maturity, regulatory context, and competitive dynamics specific to European enterpri
