Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and risks in C&R processes and lead the development and implementation of practical improvements. Establish and manage a structured approach for C&R process change requests, including intake, assessment, prioritization, stakeholder review, approval, implementation, communication, and effectiveness monitoring.
