About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role Anthropic's Communications, Brand, and Marketing teams shape how people inside the company and around the world understand AI, its risks, and its benefits. They move fast, often through moments that make headlines. We're looking for a recruiting leader to run the team that hires for them. In this role you will lead a team of experienced recruiters and be the main recruiting partner to the leaders of these functions and their operations partners. The team is seasoned, and each recruiter brings deep context on the business. From day one you have two first priorities: the team you manage and the leaders you support. You might spend one hour coaching a recruiter through a hard search and the next working with a senior leader on how their organization needs to grow. Key responsibilities Lead, coach, and retain a team of senior recruiters, with a focus on fast and timely feedback Build deep trust with the leaders of Communications, Brand, and Marketing. Learn what they need, raise hiring risks early, and push back when the plan and the market don't match. Run a tight operation. Own headcount plans, pipeline data, and reporting, and keep them accurate enough that leaders and operations partners can plan from them. Use data to show where each search stands, where it is stuck, and what it will take to close. Work with the operations partners for these teams on headcount, planning, and priorities, and treat them as true partners. Set one consistent process across the team: how a search runs, how interviews are structured, how data stays clean, and how recruiters use our systems and Claude workflows. Hire recruiters onto your own
We're looking for a Social Media Lead to own Asana's voice across every channel our audience shows up in. We don't see social as a supporting channel; it's a direct lever for business impact. This is a builder's role — hands-on and video-first. You'll set strategy, write briefs, and partner with our creative team. But you’ll also pick up a camera and design tools yourself, owning content creation, not just the calendar and the caption. You'll know the difference between a platform best practice and a genuine cultural moment, and you'll help define how Asana talks and shows up in storytelling as we evolve our narrative and stake our claim in the future-of-work conversation. You'll be a strategic, thoughtful partner to peers across Marketing, Product, Comms, R&D, and our executive team, bringing your own point of view on what social should do next. That takes judgment: balancing a lot of competing asks while staying anchored to what's actually driving impact. This role reports to the Head of Global Communications. This role is based in our Vancouver office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. If you're interviewing for this role, your recruiter will share more about the in-office requirements. What you’ll achieve Own Asana's social presence across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and Reddit — developing and executing a content calendar that builds brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports pipeline and business goals. Create and produce original content, video-first — short-form video, photography, graphics, and written copy — using AI tools as part of your own process for scripting, shooting, creating, and editing. Partner with our creative team on bigger productions, but be able to go from idea to a published video yourself
About the role Anthropic's RL Data Platform team builds the systems that produce, move, and serve the human data Claude learns from: the interfaces humans use to give feedback, the pipelines that turn raw feedback into training signal, and the tooling researchers use to launch, monitor, and inspect data collection. Every RL run depends on a steady supply of high-quality data - human feedback, expert demonstrations, graded transcripts - and when a researcher has an idea for new data on Monday, our job is to make it collectable by Wednesday and in the training mix by Friday. This is a full-stack, ownership-heavy role on a small, senior team. You'll design and ship web interfaces used by thousands of expert annotators, build the backend services and data pipelines behind them, and work directly with RL researchers to understand what data they need and why. You'll scope your own projects, make architectural calls, and see them through to production. We're looking for engineers who treat researchers as their users, build for reliability first, and care as much about the shape of the data leaving the system as the UI going into it. Key responsibilities Design, build, and operate the feedback and data collection interfaces used by human annotators, domain experts, and internal researchers. Build and maintain the backend services, APIs, and pipelines that route model samples to humans and return structured feedback to training. Own the reliability, latency, and usability of systems that run continuously against live model endpoints. Partner with RL researchers to translate loosely specified data needs into well-scoped collection campaigns and
About Anthropic Anthropic’s mission is to create reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We want AI to be safe and beneficial for our users and for society as a whole. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the role As the Manager of Commercial Applied AI Architects at Anthropic, you will drive adoption of frontier AI across our mid-market and SMB customers by leading a team of technical architects who help companies build and deploy with the Claude API, Claude Code, the Agent SDK, and Claude for Enterprise. Commercial is one of Anthropic's largest and fastest-moving books of business: thousands of companies, a rapidly growing sales team, and a small group of architects whose job is to change deal outcomes where technical depth matters most. Your team's leverage does not come from being everywhere. It comes from choosing the right accounts to go deep on, then turning what they learn there into blueprints, demos, tooling, and enablement that reach the rest of the book. You will bring your own builder credibility and technical judgment to the role. Our architects ship working code: prototypes, eval frameworks, near-production examples that customers extend, and internal tooling that scales the team itself. You do not need to be the strongest engineer in the room, but you should expect to be in the work with your team, not just reviewing it from above. When an architect is deep in a hard engagement, you will often be right there alongside them, unblocking, pairing, and pressure-testing, while the account itself stays theirs. This is a first-line leadership role reporting to the Head of Applied AI, Commercial. You will start by managing a team of architects and are expected to help grow it well beyond its current size, partnering with Commercial sales leadership on coverage, qualification, and where technical investment pays off. Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the team Anthropic's Life Sciences team is building a world-class research group focused on making fundamental biological discoveries. The team combines cutting-edge AI with hands-on biological research, positioning Anthropic at the forefront of AI-accelerated scientific discovery. About the role We're seeking an exceptional Research Scientist to join the team. As a founding member of Life Sciences, you'll work in a high-impact group that operates at the intersection of computational and experimental biology. You'll help establish Anthropic as a leader in biology research while developing product intuition through direct engagement with the challenges and opportunities of laboratory science. Key responsibilities Design, execute, and iterate on the experimental programs at the core of the team's research: molecular biology, biochemistry, protein and nucleic acid characterization, high-throughput functional screens, and the assay development that makes new questions answerable Partner directly with computational biologists to design experiments that produce high-quality, analysis-ready data, and feed results back fast enough to immediately inform the next round of analysis Generate and prioritize hypotheses by combining your experimental judgment with the literature, curated biological knowledge bases, and the team's computational predictions Use Claude and our internal agent frameworks heavily in your own work — for experimental planning, protocol development, and data interpretation — and feed what you learn back to the model-improvement and product teams as evaluations, datasets, and concrete failure cases Minimum qualification
About the role Anthropic's researchers generate and depend on enormous amounts of data — training runs, evaluations, RL transcripts, annotations etc... The Research Data Platform team builds the systems that make that data easy to produce, find, query, and trust. We work in two modes: we build platform components that other systems plug into (for example, a metrics library that training frameworks integrate to record and retrieve run data), and we own core datasets end to end (for example, the data pipeline behind RL transcripts). As the team's tech lead, your job starts with our users. You'll work directly with researchers — and with the engineers who support them — to understand how they actually work, where managing data slows them down, and where a well-built platform component or a well-curated dataset would change what's possible. You'll turn what you learn into technical direction for the team, in partnership with the team's manager, who owns priorities and people. A central ambition you'll drive: a small set of canonical, well-documented datasets — starting with the core data model for RL — that researchers trust and standardize on, rather than every team managing its own copies. You'll spend your first few months close to the code and close to users: shipping improvements in our core systems, embedding with research teams, and building your own map of their workflows. As the team grows, this role has a natural path into formal people leadership for someone who wants it. Responsibilities Work directly with researchers and the engineers supporting them to understand their workflows, identify the highest-leverage opportuni
About the role We're seeking an experienced software engineer to build the platform behind governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) at Anthropic. Compliance information lives across dozens of systems, from cloud infrastructure and identity providers to HR platforms and code repositories. You'll build the pipelines, integrations, and services that bring that data together and turn it into automated checks, real-time dashboards, and evidence for real time decision making, compliance obligations, and to support expanding the markets we can serve. You will be an early member of the team, collaborating with stakeholders across Security, IT, Engineering, Privacy Engineering, Legal, Finance, and more to turn manual compliance processes into scalable, reliable systems. You will lead your own projects end to end, and you will put Claude to work as an extension of the team through agentic workflows for evidence collection, analysis, and continuous monitoring. If you've built internal platforms, data pipelines, or privacy systems, you'll feel right at home, and you don't need a compliance background to get started. Key responsibilities Design and build data pipelines that aggregate risk, control, and asset information from across Anthropic's technology stack, solving hard integration problems like disparate schemas, inconsistent data quality, and unified views of posture Build and maintain integrations connecting our platform to cloud infrastructure, identity management, HRIS, ticketing, version control, and CI/CD systems to enable automated evidence collection and continuous validation Translate written policies and regulatory requirements into p

Our team is a quickly growing group of committed researchers, engineers, policy experts, and business leaders working together to build beneficial AI systems. About the Role We're looking for a Software Engineer to join the team building Claude Security. In this role, you'll take new security capabilities in frontier models and turn them into products that customers can rely on, working across the full stack from early prototype through production. This role sits close to both research and go-to-market. You'll work with researchers on the team to understand what the models can do and where they fall short, and with customers and partners to understand which problems are worth solving for them. You'll be expected to form your own view from both and to own significant pieces of the roadmap, including deciding what not to pursue. The right candidate is a strong generalist engineer with the technical depth to engage with research, the product instincts to know what's worth building, and the drive to move fast. Prior security experience is useful but not required; range across the stack and good judgment about what to build matter more. Responsibilities Build and ship user-facing and/or backend features for Claude Security Build the agent loops, tool integrations, and enabling infrastructure for cybersecurity products Collaborate tightly with product managers and go-to-market to understand user needs, shape feature scope, and make informed tradeoffs as you build Iterate quickly based on user feedback and internal testing, improving the experience on a continuous basis Collaborate with research teams to identify and develop new model capabilities for security applications You may be a good fit if you: Contribute across the stack, from front-end UI to back-end infrastructure Are proficient in Type
