We are seeking an experienced Sales Operations Manager to partner with our APAC Sales team across all subregions and segments. In this role, you will serve as a business partner on the Regional Sales Operations team, playing a critical role in helping Figma Sales scale revenue across both our self-service and assisted sales motions. This role will be operating out of our Singapore hub on a hybrid basis. What you'll do at Figma: Leverage AI tools to accelerate forecasting, reporting, and pipeline analysis—improving speed and accuracy of insights for leadership Champion AI adoption within the regional Sales team through best practices, workflows, and enablement Partner with sales leaders across APAC subregions, navigating diverse markets, cultures, and time zones Manage regional operating activities, including quota/crediting decisions and escalations, to deliver actionable insights for Sales and Finance Support forecasting meetings by presenting trends, risks, and opportunities to Sales Leadership Recommend org design, headcount, book of business carving, and quota decisions across the region Lead Regional MBR/QBR reviews, analyzing funnel trends and KPIs and driving follow-up actions Own performance dashboards, reports, and data-quality standards, keeping sales systems clean and trusted We'd love to hear from you if you have: 7+ years of sales operations experience, ideally in a fast-growing environment, with deep SaaS knowledge Proven ability to use AI to improve the speed, accuracy, and scale

About the Role We are hiring a Consumer Paid Marketing leader to own and scale global acquisition across channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, Affiliate, and emerging channels. This leader will define channel strategy, oversee execution at significant scale, and grow a broad consumer product across diverse audiences, use cases, and international markets. You will partner closely with product, engineering, data science, finance, design, brand, creative, lifecycle, and regional marketing to connect paid experiences to in-product journeys. This team combines rapid iteration, rigorous measurement, consumer insight, and culturally relevant creative to drive acquisition, activation, retention, and long-term user value worldwide. About the team The Technical Success team is responsible for ensuring the safe and effective deployment of ChatGPT and OpenAI API applications for developers and enterprises. We act as a trusted advisor and thought partner for our customers, ensuring developers and enterprises maximize value from our models and products. The Ecosystem team builds and scales third-party integrations around ChatGPT and Codex. We work across product, engineering, partnerships, safety, legal, policy, and go-to-market to create integrations that are useful, trustworthy, and technically sound. About the role We’re looking for an Applied Deployment Engineer to help build and deepen ChatGPT integrations with third-party messaging platforms. The initial focus will be on partner work as well as future opportunities with other messaging apps around the world. This is a hands-on, partner-facing engineering role. You’ll work closely with external product and engineering teams to improve existing integrations, expand capabilities such as image generation, increase retention, and translate partner needs back into OpenAI’s product and engineering roadmap. You should be comfortable writing code daily, making changes across platform or monorepo surfaces when needed, and moving fluidly between technical discovery, product tradeoffs, prototyping, debugging, and executive-level communication. This role is best suited for a strong product-minded engineer with excellent communication skills, sound technical judgment, and the ability to work across cultures, time zones, and organizations.
