Okta
📍 Toronto• C$160K – C$220K/yr

Secure Every Identity, from AI to Human Identity is the key to unlocking the potential of AI. Okta secures AI by building the trusted, neutral infrastructure that enables organizations to safely embrace this new era. This work requires a relentless drive to solve complex challenges with real-world stakes. We are looking for builders and owners who operate with speed and urgency and execute with excellence. This is an opportunity to do career-defining work. We're all in on this mission. If you are too, let's talk. About the OIN Team The Okta Integration Network (OIN) is the platform that lets Okta customers discover, connect, and manage third-party applications and identity providers — from single sign-on and provisioning to newer, higher-order integration patterns as the ecosystem of connected software (including AI agents) continues to grow. It's core infrastructure: the workflows OIN powers run continuously for a very large share of Okta's customer base. Our team builds and operates all of OIN — from the foundational data model, APIs, and security posture every integration in the network is built on, to the tools partners and customers use to build, test, and ship integrations, to the systems that power what those integrations can actually do once connected. In practice that spans connector metadata and provisioning primitives, partner-facing tooling, and the infrastructure work that keeps a very large, long-lived system fast, secure, and easy to extend as the network grows. We're actively expanding OIN's scope beyond its original SSO-and-provisioning core — including new integration patterns as AI agents and machine-to-machine access become part of the identity landscape, and a lower-friction path for partners to bring new integrations into the network. You'd be joining at a point where the platform's scope is visibly widening, working closely with product, architecture, and design to help figure out what "right" looks like as much as building it. Omada Health is on a mission to bend the curve of chronic disease. Job overview: Omada Health is a digital care provider that empowers people to achieve their health goals through sustainable behavioral change. We’re looking for a senior software engineer to join our Solutions Engineering Team. Our primary function is to understand customer challenges, design tailored technical solutions using Omada's products and systems, and demonstrate the value and feasibility of those solutions. Your Impact: Shape complex, cross-system integrations. Be involved early on high-complexity, cross-system work (e.g., partner/alliance integration APIs) that requires understanding how systems should fit together and the operational implications of the design. Spot the pattern behind recurring toil and define the reusable templates, standards, and automation the rest of the team builds on. Know when to loop in the engineers who own a given system, and reconcile competing constraints. Get to the real root cause. Go beyond the immediate fix to determine whether the true cause is architectural, a monitoring gap, or a process failure and drive the fix (and the follow-up action items) so it doesn’t recur. Mentor the team — including non-engineers. Be the go-to person for coding guidance and growth for the team’s members who don’t have a formal software engineering background but write code and build automations as part of their role. Drive delivery decisions with stakeholders. Partner directly with commercial, product, and engineering stakeholders to scope solutions that fit real timeframes and constraints, and make the call on technical trade-offs for delivery. Navigate ambiguity. Take on problems that show up without a clear spec — ask the right clarifying questions, scope the actual work, and create a technical plan the team can execute against. Surface risk early and document deeply. Identify risks, edge cases, security concerns, and downstream impacts as part of discovery, and mak

About Us OpenFX is on a mission to move money as freely as data, unrestricted by time zones, banking hours, or legacy systems. We are building the infrastructure that will power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions. The team's execution has been exceptional, and we're scaling at a remarkable pace. Our stellar early team comes with experience in companies like J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, FalconX, PayPal, Affirm, Polygon, Kraken, Nium & others. We're backed by Accel, Lightspeed, NfX and other top-tier investors. Role Overview OpenFX processes billions of dollars in transaction volume every month across global corridors. Payments owns the money path itself: the corridors we move money through, the regulated obligations that come with holding licenses in the EU, and the product surface — API and GUI — through which institutions initiate, track, and reconcile payments. This is where growth and regulation collide. The business needs new corridors — EUR, MXN, COP, AED, and more — opened fast, each with its own rails, partners, cut-offs, FX mechanics, and settlement quirks. Our EU licenses come with obligations that must be engineered, not just documented: safeguarding of customer funds, transaction monitoring, and evidence that both work continuously. And customers expect a payments product that keeps getting better — more visibility, more control, fewer surprises — across both the API and the dashboard. Key Responsibilities This is a new pod. You will stand it up, define its charter, and own three things end to end: 1. Corridor expansion Own the playbook for launching new payment corridors — EUR, MXN, COP, AED and beyond — from partner integration through pilot to general availability. Turn corridor launches from bespoke projects into a repeatable capability: standardized partner integration patterns, corridor configuration over code where possible, and a clear definition of "launch-ready" covering rails, cut-offs, FX, fees, returns, an

About the Team Enterprise Verticals builds role-specific ChatGPT Work experiences for high-value enterprise workflows. We combine product engineering, plugins and skills, connectors, data, evaluations, and customer evidence to turn useful demos into reliable daily work. This opening sits within the Technology vertical inside Enterprise Verticals. The group focuses on repeatable workflows for people at technology companies, beginning with functions such as data and analytics, sales, and design, and carries the shared platform needs—tool integration, permissions, quality measurement, and safe rollout—across those experiences. We work closely with Design, Research, GTM, Security, and platform teams, as well as with customers and design partners. Success means that people can reach a trustworthy first result, understand what the system did, and keep using the workflow—not merely that a prototype exists. About the Role We are looking for an exceptionally experienced, hands-on full-stack engineer to define and build the next generation of AI-powered enterprise workflows. You will take on the hardest and most ambiguous problems in the Technology vertical: translating real customer needs into product direction, designing the systems behind the experience, and personally writing and shipping production-quality code across the stack. You will own the technical direction and end-to-end delivery of products spanning ChatGPT Work surfaces, backend services, plugins, connectors, enterprise data, permissions, and evaluations. You will make foundational architecture and product tradeoffs; establish patterns other engineers can build on; and hold these experiences to a high bar for reliability, security, observability, and customer value. This is an individual-contributor role for an engineer who leads through technical judgment, direct execution, and influence—not people management.
