THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Analyst with strong General Ledger (GL) experience, advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, solid analytical skills, and familiarity with AI-driven tools and automation. The ideal candidate will support global payroll operations, enhance process efficiency through technology, and collaborate closely with internal partners and third-party payroll providers. WHAT YOU DO Manage and resolve employee payroll inquiries using the ticketing system, ensuring timely follow-up and high-quality service. Respond to payroll-related questions from HR, external vendors, and other stakeholders. Partner with third-party payroll providers and internal teams to support accurate and timely monthly payroll processing for Pure Storage employees. Verify, validate, and reconcile data received from HR systems and external partners. Prepare and post payroll results in line with established deadlines prior to Payroll Manager approval. Ensure compliance with payroll controls, corporate policies, and statutory requirements. Support the coordination, optimization, and continued development of payroll services. Participate in internal initiatives and cross-functional improvement projects.
