This role acts as a strategic partner to the business, ensuring learning directly enables business growth, delivery excellence, and talent readiness. Key Responsibilities Business Partnership & Strategy Partner with Data Engineering leaders to understand business priorities, capability gaps, and future skill needs. Translate business goals into structured learning roadmaps covering technical, leadership, and behavioral competencies. Develop and execute an AI capability-building roadmap for employees, aligned with business priorities and emerging technology trends. Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on talent development and skill readiness. Technical and Capability Development Design and curate learning interventions for Data Engineering roles. Leverage internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external partners to create high-impact, contextual learning programs. Ensure learning pathways are role-based, progressive, and aligned to career growth. Leverage AI tools for content design and development, and learning operations. Leadership and Behavioral Development Support the design and delivery of leadership development programs for technical and people leaders within the Data Engineering function. Embed skills such as communication, stakeholder management, execution excellence, and people leadership. Learning Governance and Effectiveness Define success metrics to measure learning effectiveness and business impact. Review learning outcomes through feedback from managers, mentors, and participants.
