About the Team You will join the Fulfilment and Experience (F&E) leadership team at Meesho. F&E is the operational and technological backbone powering India’s most cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable e-commerce network, serving 100M+ monthly active users. From disintermediating traditional logistics through Valmo (Meesho’s unbundled micro-entrepreneur supply platform) to driving zero-commission seller enablement and real-time speed platforms, F&E operates at the intersection of deep systems thinking, network engineering, and structural innovation. We solve industry-defining supply chain problems at a scale that few companies globally can match. About the Role As a Director within F&E, you will be a critical anchor shaping how buyers and sellers experience the platform and how efficiently and reliably it runs. This is a highly generalist leadership role designed for a strategic problem-solver who can navigate seamlessly between long-term strategic transformation and large-scale, metrics-driven execution. Rather than being confined to a single vertical, you will own one (and over time, potentially more than one) of Meesho's most critical F&E charters. Depending on where the business needs you most and where your strengths lie, this could be any of: Valmo Platform & Network Economics: Scale Meesho’s low-cost logistics ecosystem. Drive unbundled logistics innovation across Valmo Airhubs (first/last mile), Valmo Bases (sortation/middle mile), and Captains & Pilots (franchise partners and delivery execution) to reduce Cost-Per-Delivery-Order (CPDO) while improving SLA predictability. Speed Platform & Valmo Express: Build product and operational levers that make fast delivery a structural advantage. Drive program adoption (e.g., "FAST" badges, early-morning cutoff SLAs, dedicated FE pickups) to lower RTO (Return to Origin) and cancellation rates. User Experience & Buyer Trust: Architect end-to-end pre- and post-order journeys for India’s price-sensitive Tier-2+ consumer

About the TeamWhen 10% of Indian households shop with us, it’s important to build resilient systems to manage millions of orders every day. We’ve done this – with zero downtime! 😎 Sounds impossible? Well, that’s the kind of Engineering muscle that has helped Meesho become the e-commerce giant that it is today. We value speed over perfection, and see failures as opportunities to become better. We’ve taken steps to inculcate a strong ‘Founder’s Mindset’ across our engineering teams, making us grow and move fast. We want Meesho to be at everyone’s fingertips! And, YOU can make that happen. We place special emphasis on the continuous growth of each team member - and we do this with regular 1-1s and open communication. As Android Architect, you will be part of self-starters who thrive on teamwork and constructive feedback. We know how to party as hard as we work! If we aren’t building unparalleled tech solutions, you can find us debating the plot points of our favourite books and games – or even gossiping over chai. So, if a day filled with building impactful solutions with a fun team sounds appealing to you, join us. About the Role As our Android Architect, you will join us in the Android Platform team. This is your opportunity to be a trailblazer in your industry. In this role, you will primarily focus on building a roadmap for our Android Platform. You will lead and contribute to all our engineering efforts – from planning and organisation to execution and delivery. You will collaborate closely with QA, other Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers across the company to shape the future of our Android platform. In addition, you will also actively participate in external conferences and conduct knowledge sharing sessions for the team.
About the Team Product Management in Meesho closely resembles our rocketship growth. Because we obsess over understanding customer behaviour, we’ve been able to carve out an e-commerce niche in Tier 2/3/4 towns in Bharat. Our business growth is testimony to a singular focus on how we think of ‘product’ for our unique customers - ones that have barely shopped online, but are now able to because of Meesho. Fun fact: Nearly 7% of India’s households shop with us. 😉 We are driven by a ‘user-first’ mindset. We have a strong bias for action. Above all, our team is driven by impact, not features. We drive ‘problem discovery’ & delivery - not only obsess over “what to build”, but execute with rigour to create impact. But there’s more – we love to have fun as much as we love to work hard. From movie buffs to sportspersons, we have a super cool team. So, if a game of badminton after a day of brainstorming at work sounds like something you would love to do, then join us! About the Role We are looking for a Product Manager 2 who is passionate about solving high-impact problems in a fast-paced start-up environment with a high degree of autonomy. This is inherently a cross-functional leadership role where you will work closely with teams such as software engineering, UX design, category management, marketing, operations, finance, etc. to bring a new product to life.
