Role Description Dropbox’s Design team is looking for a Director of Product Design to define the next generation of product experiences and infrastructure for Dropbox. In this role, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution for the systems, patterns, and operating model that shape how Dropbox builds coherent, high quality, multi product experiences at scale. We are building a modern system that can support a broader portfolio of products, accelerate product teams to achieve product market fit, improve front end quality, and create durable patterns for the most important product experiences across Dropbox. You will lead the team responsible for turning repeated product needs into reusable experience infrastructure: interaction patterns, product frameworks, design primitives, implementation standards, and adoption models that make it easier for teams to build excellent Dropbox experiences. As Director, you will oversee the evolution of Dropbox’s design system into a next generation design and technology platform. This includes the foundational system of components, tokens, accessibility standards, and documentation, but also the broader lifecycle of product patterns: how they are identified, designed, validated, built, adopted, measured, improved, and eventually deprecated. You will help move the team from a reactive model, where design systems patternize work after the fact, to a more proactive model, where the team helps shape core product experiences from the beginning. You will also establish Design Systems and Design Technology as a center of excellence for front end product quality. This team should not only define what good looks like, but help build it. That means partnering deeply with product designers, engineers, product managers, researchers, brand, and leadership to create high leverage patterns that improve product coherence, accelerate execution, and raise the quality bar across web, mobile, desktop, and emerging AI native experiences. About Ramp Ramp is building the smart infrastructure for finance teams, embedded in the transaction flow of every dollar a business spends. We automate how over $200B in annualized spend flows in and out of 70,000+ companies: authorizing payments, flagging risk, categorizing spend, and closing books. The problems are high-stakes, data-dense, and unforgiving. We hire people with high agency and high urgency. We look for slope over intercept. We care less about where you trained and more about what you’ve built. At Ramp, everyone is a builder who owns problems end to end and makes consequential decisions that shape the outcome. If you want to build systems that directly shape how companies move and manage billions, Ramp is the place to do it. About the Role Design at Ramp looks very different than it did a year ago: we’re building tools and agents, designing memory, shipping PRs, and rethinking the process every few months as new capabilities unlock. A few things have not changed, the role of design is to distill problems to their essence, obsess over craft and delight where it matters most, know customers deeply and advocate for them, lead with creativity and storytelling, and keep it fun, because a product built with joy always wins. We're looking for a Director of Product Design to lead a team of builders across some of our highest-priority bets. This role is for you if you’re excited by: Leading through craft, setting vision and unlocking customer impact: you will define where a product should go, then jump into the details with the team to unblock, teach, and ship. You raise the bar through product judgment, design craft, and your ability to make everyone around you better. Actually shipping and demonstrating real impact: You'll start by owning a product area and team to build trust

Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Product Manager, Trading to own trading products on the Crypto.com App end-to-end. Retail trading is where users feel the product every day - and where volume, engagement, and retention compound. Every improvement you ship shows up in how people trade, how often they come back, and how Crypto.com wins share in a crowded market. Your mandate is to drive trading products from discovery through launch and iteration: roadmap clarity, feature definition, customer insight, and shipping at global scale. You will run your roadmap with independence within Trading's strategic priorities. You prioritize initiatives, cut tradeoffs, and make the call on what ships when. You report to the Senior Director of Product Management, who sets strategic direction. You own the how and the when. If you've shipped trading or financial products at scale, this will feel familiar. The difference is you'll be doing it at the frontier of crypto retail trading- perpetuals, spot, and adjacent markets- where the rails keep moving and the playbook is yours to write. No layers. No politics. What You'll Actually Do: Own the Trading roadmap. You set milestones, surface dependencies, and keep strategic priorities honest. You make the prioritization call when everything can't ship at once. Define and ship trading experiences. You write the specs, run user studies, iterate on feedback, partner with QA on test plans, and clear the backlog. Nothing in your charter goes live without your sign-off. Stay close to how traders actually behave. You interview and observe customers. You ask "Show me how you currently trade and manage risk," not "Would you use this feature?" You distinguish what they say from what their behavior reveals. Cut the hard tradeoffs. You weigh speed vs. depth, retail clarity vs. power-user needs, and compliance constraints vs. product ambition- and you own the decision.
