About the role As a Collection Specialist , you will be responsible for managing and recovering overdue payments from customers in the KSA market. The role requires strong communication skills, good at convincing, cultural awareness, and professionalism in handling customers across diverse nationalities. Your Responsibilities Attempt 300-350 calls on a daily basis. Contact customers via all available channels like call,WhatsApp, and email to remind them of outstanding payments. Accurately document all customer interactions and update CRM systems in real-time. Escalate unresolved or high-risk cases to the team lead or concerned departments.
