POSITION SUMMARY The role of the Electrical Foreman involves actively leading a team of electricians to manage and coordinate electrical projects in commercial settings. This position is crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of the project tasks and guiding the crew toward completing installations, repairs, and maintenance. The foreman electrician demonstrates advanced technical knowledge, exceptional organizational skills, and effective communication to achieve project success while adhering to high safety and quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ability to communicate effectively. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, ladder diagrams, and technical documents. Proficiency in using tools, equipment, and technology related to electrical work. Commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety protocols.
