Datadog is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead and grow our Code Coverage team, which is building the next generation of AI-powered developer tooling. This team owns Datadog’s Code Coverage product across the entire stack, helping customers track and enforce test coverage. Code Coverage is part of the Software Delivery suite, which enables engineering teams to move faster and more securely. In this role, you will lead and develop a high-performing engineering team in an ambiguous environment. You’ll set technical direction, drive execution, and remain hands-on. You will partner closely with customers and product management to evolve the product into an automated system that leverages production signals and AI to improve test quality, relevance, and performance. Reports to: Head of Developer Growth · New York, NY NOTE: This is not a traditional marketing role, it's a growth role that reports into the Product org. We're hiring someone to build our developer audience the way the best consumer brands build audiences, with a real voice, a point of view, and the speed to act on both. You'll own where and how we show up in the places developers actually spend time, run our developer social channels, expand into new ones, and build the tooling and measurement behind it. This is a builder role, not simply a coordination role. What You'll Do: Own the voice, editorial standard, and publishing cadence for Datadog's developer channels (@datadogdevs on X, Datadog Developers on LinkedIn) Treat replies as a primary surface. The best accounts win in the mentions, not the feed Expand into the places developers actually spend time: Reddit, YouTube, Discord, Bluesky, dev.to, Hacker News, and whatever you make the case for. Always openly as Datadog — developers catch anything else immediately, and you only get caught once Turn shipped engineering work into things people want to read and watch. Releases, changelogs, war stories, the occasional postmortem that deserves a wider audience Build the attribution model connecting what you publish to trials and signups. Nobody is handing you this one Run real experiments: a hypothesis, a readout, and the willingness to kill something publicly when it doesn't work Lead the developer content engine around events Get other people posting — Datadog engineers under their own names, and developers outside the company who already like us and could use the support Track what developers are saying about us and our competitors, and route it back to product and growth Who You Are: You've grown an audience from a small number to a large one You can point to outcomes your content moved, not just reach You're a strong writer with a distinctive voice, and you know the difference between writing about an audience and

Datadog is entering a new chapter in how our product looks, feels and operates. We’re building a small, high-leverage Design Lab team to define that evolution, and we’re looking for a Staff Visual Designer to help author it. Our design system powers everything we ship. Now we’re ready to evolve it. As Datadog expands into AI-driven experiences and more complex product surfaces, the visual language needs to grow with it. We’re looking for someone who can help define that next phase, someone with taste, judgment, and the confidence to shape how the product feels at scale. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do Define and evolve Datadog’s visual language across product surfaces. Establish the visual quality bar for the platform. Lead exploratory and concept work that pushes our system forward. Translate bold visual ideas into scalable patterns that can live inside a design system. Partner deeply with Brand, Product Design, and Design Systems to unify expression across product and marketing. Influence executive stakeholders through clear, compelling visual storytelling. Prototype, test, and refine new patterns before they become systemized. Help shape how visual direction is integrated into our design process. You will report directly to the Design Director and work as part of a small, focused team defining the future state before it scales across hundreds of designers and engineers. Who You Are You have 10+ years of experience in visual and/or product design You have led a meaningful visual evolution or rebrand within a mature product ecosystem. You have strong taste and are comfortable defending a point of view. You know how to translate brand into scalable product systems. You think in systems, but you’re motivated by craft. Yo

Team description At Datadog, AI agents are becoming first-class consumers of observability, security, and software delivery data — from third-party coding agents like Claude Code, Cursor, and Copilot, to our own Bits SRE, Bits Assistant, and Bits Dev Agent. The Agentic Interfaces team owns the platform that connects these agents to Datadog: the MCP Server, the tools and retrieval surfaces agents call into, and — critically — the evaluation systems that tell us whether an agent's experience on Datadog data is actually getting better over time. This role is about that last piece. We're hiring a Staff Applied Scientist to define what "good" means for an Agentic interface at Datadog and to build the measurement systems that make it true. "Good" isn't one number — it spans answer quality, tool-selection accuracy, retrieval relevance, latency, token cost, and end-to-end agent success on real customer workflows. You'll design the evals, build the datasets, define the metrics, and partner with the AI engineers on the team to land the platform that lets every product group at Datadog ship integrations that are demonstrably better release over release. The space is full of open research questions. How do you evaluate an agent end-to-end when the trajectory is non-deterministic? How do you score tool selection when the tool catalog has hundreds of entries and grows weekly? How do you build a measurement system that catches regressions across first-party and third-party agents at once, without each team writing their own harness? If those are the problems you want to spend your time on, come build this with us. Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. What You’ll Do: Own the evaluation strategy for Datadog's AI agent integrations. Define the metrics — offline and online, quali

The Behavior AI team builds the AI-based anomaly detection behind Datadog's security products. Our models learn what normal looks like across the billions of logs, events, and telemetry records flowing through the platform every second, and they flag the behavior that does not fit, on every record, in real time, at a cost that makes sense at our scale. What we build does not ship to a single feature. The same models power detection across many of Datadog's security products at once, so the work has impact well beyond any one team. Large general-purpose models are too slow and too expensive to run in that path, so we take the opposite approach: small, custom models, designed for high-throughput stream processing and optimized to run cheaply on every record. We are hiring a Senior Applied Scientist to build these models from start to finish. You will contribute to designing the architecture, training at scale, and the optimization work that takes a model from training to running efficiently on production traffic. This optimization requires a deep understanding of the constraints imposed by both the software and the hardware, together with the applied mathematics to work within them: often it comes down to finding a mathematical reformulation that fits those constraints better, and that judgment can decide whether a model reaches production at all. The work involves a number of open questions. How do you obtain most of the quality of a large model from one that is far smaller and cheap enough to run on the full stream? Where is it worth trading exactness for speed, and how do you reason about the error you accept? How do you make a small model's outputs clear enough that the detection engineers and analysts who rely on it can trust what it reports? If these are the problems you want to work on, we would like to hear from you. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture: the relationships and collaboration it builds, and the creativity it bring
