Our Client cater to telecom operators, ISPs, infrastructure companies, and system integrators across India. Key Responsibilities (KRA): -Driving sales and business development for fiber optic splicing machines and related telecom solutions -Handling key accounts such as telecom operators, ISPs, EPC contractors, and channel partners & distributors. -Expanding market presence and developing new client relationships -Managing end-to-end sales cycle including lead generation, meetings, negotiations, and closures -Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to overall business growth. Experience Required : 6-15 + years in telecom / networking / optical fiber industry Target Customer Segments: Telecom operators (private & government) Internet Service Providers (ISPs) Network infrastructure & EPC companies Channel partners and distribution. Candidates working with Fibre and Networking Products and Test and Measurement Equipments and Telecom and ISP and IT Hardware companies would be Preferred. Qualification Preferred : Engineering with MBA or Post Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing preferred. Age Preferred : 28-38 Years. These roles involve safely operating powered equipment—such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks—to pick and move bulk merchandise cases. Responsibilities Operate powered equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks) to pick and move bulk merchandise cases. Read and interpret store orders including item location, descriptions, and quantity. Transfer cases to pallets or conveyors using safe lifting techniques. Perform preliminary safety checks on equipment before use. Secure pallets with tape and shrink wrap. Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines. Assist with general housekeeping to keep aisles clear of debris. Participate in training for additional warehouse duties. Qualifications Ability to operate powered equipment (bulk case picking experience preferred). Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 0–2 years of warehouse or equipment operation experience preferred.
