You will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain equipment at customer sites. Your role: Perform and complete preventative maintenance (PM), Field Change Orders (FCOs), installations, and all related tasks independently, diagnosing and resolving electronic, network, and mechanical issues.
