Prepare, edit, and review documents, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy, clarity, and professionalism. Build comprehensive itineraries for conferences and complex travel schedules. Track and reconcile executive expenses, manage petty cash purchases, and process expense reports. Proactively assess administrative needs, prioritize tasks, and recommend effective solutions to support executive and team operations. Organize and maintain electronic and physical files per GHX Security and Compliance guidelines. Follow all GHX policies including T&E, Compliance, and Security policies.
