About the Team ValMo is Meesho's logistics and supply chain organization, responsible for building India's most cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable fulfillment network. From first-mile pickup to last-mile delivery and reverse logistics, ValMo powers millions of shipments every month for small businesses across the country. As we scale, the complexity of our network increases exponentially. ValMo operates at the intersection of technology, operations, and partner ecosystems — where execution precision and systems thinking are critical to prevent cascading (domino) failures across the network. About the Role The Control Tower is where the stability, reliability, and cost-efficiency of ValMo's pan-India network is owned end-to-end. This is a deliberately generalist role in Fulfilment & Experience - your mandate is defined by an outcome, not a fixed function. Put simply: you are the person we point at the highest-leverage problem threatening the network, and you figure it out from first principles. The specific problem changes with what the network needs. In one quarter you might be redesigning the topology of a region; in the next, rebuilding the capacity-planning engine, running a structural cost-out program, firefighting an RTO or CX spike, or standing up readiness for a peak event - including problems that don't yet have an owner. What stays constant is the accountability: keep the network stable, predictable, and cost-efficient no matter what breaks or scales.

About the team ValMo is Meesho’s logistics and supply chain organization, responsible for building India’s most cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable fulfillment network. From first-mile pickup to last-mile delivery and reverse logistics, ValMo powers millions of shipments every month for small businesses across the country. Valmo (Meesho’s Logistics Arm) is building India’s largest and most efficient hyperlocal self-pickup network: Meesho Pickup Point. We are partnering with local Kiranas, pharmacies, and telecom shops to serve as highly dense, zero-effort pickup points for our prepaid customers. About the Role As the SBDM, you will be the CEO of your "Mega Region," directly managing a large team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to blanket your city with Meesho Pickup Points.

We are an eclectic mix of 100+ professionals with diverse skill sets ranging from running operations/support, supply chain know-how, analytics and the holy grail, first principles Problem-solving. At Meesho, we’re trying to do what's never been done before - taking e-commerce to the masses. This leaves us with no choice but to completely reimagine logistics from the ground up, to cater to our customers' price and delivery expectations. That means a host of "zero-to-one" projects (takers, anyone?) to build a supply chain to change how folks think about e-Commerce – not just in India, but globally. We are firm believers in fun at work. With monthly F&E happy hour sessions, informal team outings, and internal virtual water cooler chat sessions, there’s never a dull moment with us :). About the Role As Cluster Head MM - Bhubaneswar, you’ll own the onboarding and training of partners and managing operations for the entire Ludhiana cluster. You’ll also drive key operational metrics by regularly visiting their facilities in different cities in your area. You’ll continuously work towards identifying gaps and providing recommendations for improving our processes.
