You are confident working independently and comfortable balancing both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational needs. Key Responsibilities Facility shift team. Day/Night rotate shift is required. Develop and implement comprehensive facility management programs to ensure detailed operations. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain and upgrade facility infrastructure. Conduct regular inspections and assessments to determine the condition of facilities and implement preventive measures. Coordinate and lead all aspects of facility projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations strictly. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for facility-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives. Leverage approved Generative AI, AI Assistants, and digital technologies to enhance facility operations, process optimization, knowledge management, and operational excellence while ensuring the responsible use of Artificial Intelligence in accordance with Micron policies.
