We're looking for an Industrial Security Specialist who will play a crucial role in supporting workflows encompassing physical security, personnel security, and program support. The Industrial Security Specialist will partner with our FSOs and broader Industrial Security Team to plan for the future in support of our Department of Defense (DoD) mission. As an Industrial Security Specialist, you'll be part of our Industrial Security Team, which is responsible for managing our personnel clearance program and our secure facilities and systems. The Industrial Security Team ensures compliance with security policies, regulations, and processes within complex organizations, while also enabling Palantir to get people and resources where they’re needed most. As a member of the team, you'll provide outstanding knowledge and customer service to the Palantirians who depend on you to help them push the business forward. Our Industrial Security Specialists are tenacious, resourceful individuals who challenge conventional approaches to find innovative ways to navigate intricate bureaucracies. About the Role As a Business Operations Partner, Transportation Program, you will help strengthen how the Transportation team works across the company. You will focus on cross-functional coordination, stakeholder support, communication, and operational follow-through. About the Role As the Corporate Security Operations Manager based in Mountain View, you will own day-to-day site security operations and help develop practical physical-security strategies, policies, and procedures. You will lead vendor-managed armed and unarmed security teams, partner cross-functionally, and serve as a key liaison with local law enforcement and security partners. This is a hands-on site-operations and guard-force leadership role, not primarily an executive, investigative, or policy-leadership position. The role typically requires 4-5 days in the office each week.
