Associate Project Manager Position Overview The Associate Project Manager is responsible for the overall management and administration of client projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. The Associate Project Manager is at the core of the team and helps everyone to communicate clearly while staying on time, on budget, and meets the highest of quality standards. This individual must demonstrate solid business judgment and sound strategic thinking. This role reports to the Director of Project Management. This position follows the working hours of 9:00am - 5:30pm ET Monday through Friday. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex mechanical and HVAC systems. Key Responsibilities Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on a wide range of mechanical systems, fixtures, and equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and process systems. Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues with industrial systems, including pumps, piping, air handlers, boilers, chillers, and exhaust systems. Conduct routine inspections and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong focus on safety and environmental standards. Assist in the design, analysis, and enhancement of mechanical systems and equipment to optimize performance and reliability.
